Hang in there.. I am 6 weeks out and have lost 33 pounds. It is an amazing thing. Keep eating the things you are supposed to eat. i am at a point that I have to remember to eat. And lots and lots of water...Be well!

I haven't told a lot of people that I had a sleeve done. I just didn't want the negative. This is the new normal. Go out with your friends.. you can be the designated driver. And there is nothing wrong with talking 2/3 of a restaurant meal home in a box. You can eat it later..... and you can still have fun.. and be a healthy weight.

I am just a month out, but had staples when I had back surgery.. It didn't hurt a bit. I was pleasantly surpried.. You will be fine.
( for my sleeve I just had dermabond and steri strips)
