1 Week Post Op

I am 1 week out. I started at 196. I am waiting to weight myself until my doctor's appointment at my 2 week check up. I am craving food. Ugh! I remind myself I am on the path to the new me and a healthier life. Even though the lapband failed and complications from that I am looking that this surgery wll be the tool that I need!

Hang in there.. I am 6 weeks out and have lost 33 pounds. It is an amazing thing. Keep eating the things you are supposed to eat. i am at a point that I have to remember to eat. And lots and lots of water...Be well!

Thanks Annie! I know there is hope! I am a very positive thinker so that has helped a lot! I have to remind myself to eat now... I am just not hungry hardly at all. So I understand that! Congrats on your weightloss! :)

Ha! I have 26 year old twins... One lives in Chicago, one in Sweden! ( we lived there for a while).

You will do so well! How wonderful that the sleeve is available now for us so we can finally loose all this extra wt. and get on with life! Keep me in the loop.

I wore my new shorts out with friends tonight!!. They all had tacos... I ate cottage cheese!!!!!!
