Malabsorption Cramping?
I think she is lumping them in because there are some similarities. She is sleeved. I was just curious if this is her experience or something I would experience. I guess the point she is making is vitamins are very important.

Why Does The Elliptical Kick My Butt?
- Getting To The Other Side...
I am glad you are OK. It sounds like you have had quite a time. I am sending good vibes your way. I hope your recovery gets better.- Why Does The Elliptical Kick My Butt?
I bought a Lifefitness elliptical refurbished and it was the best investment ever. I love my Elliptical, although I like going to the gym better. My kids playroom is next to the Elliptical in the basement. The good thing about having it at home is that I could do 10 minutes at a time. I can't wait to get sleeved because the elliptical is going to be my fail safe to ensure I get in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.- Milk, My Friend, Why Do You Insist On Hating Me?
@Calikat, how did you know that would work? Thats awesome!- Judgement About Wls
Thanks everyone. I guess I have to realize everyone is not going to get it. In the end its none of their beeswax anyway. I am going to be healthy and I never want to eat, "normal" again. Normal has gotten me to where I am now which is overweight and unhappy. I am just glad that I have this forum and all you great folks to go to and vent. :-)- Judgement About Wls
I doubt it, just uneducated. She kept mentioning this cousin or that who did it all on her own. I expected her to get it but to each their own. I've been large for a good portion of my life and I have a couple acquaintances who have had WLS. I have never been jealous, just happy for them.- 7 Months Out And It Isn't All Great........
loved the blog. Thumbs up!- Judgement About Wls
I am not sure if there is a part of the forum for this but please forgive for being a bit negative. So I have from the very beginning been very open about my decision to have weight loss surgery. Imagine my surprise when today at work when one of my co-workers who is significantly larger than I attempted to make me feel bad about my decision. She stated, " You can do it on your own, you just have to be committed". I told her and I had done it before but had not been successful (i.e sustained WL) and hoped this tool would help me reach my goal. She said I shouldn't be saying I can't do it without this tool. I told her I needed some help and I was not above getting it for my health. She then told me I would never eat normal again. I was super annoyed at this point and went on about my business. She seriously was looking at me like I had three heads. I think I better keep my business to myself. Didn't know people who also struggled with weight issues could be so judgemental. END VENT.- Possible Damage To Sleeve
Maybe you just ate too fast. I am not sleeved yet but I thought we had to eat all of our food really slow. Maybe you were chatting and eating so you were going to fast. I don't think one episode would damage your sleeve. I have heard tons of stories about people getting sick post sleeve from eating too fast or to much. I hope all is ok. I am not sure what I am going to do about stress eating. I find myself reaching for food at work and home when stressed. I am going to have to watch that as well.- Luna Iced Oatmeal Raisin Bar

I am so sorry. I hope your physician is able to help. I will say a prayer for your speedy recovery.- Question About Insurance Approval And How Long It Is Good For
I would Check with your insurance coordinator I was scheduled for surgery April 25, 2012 and I rescheduled for June 15, 2012. I would think a couple months would be okay. Sometime dates get reschedule because of the doctor's availability. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland.- One-Derland
Congratulations! I know it's a great feeling.- For The Ladies....
I guess I better add tampons to my pre-surgery shopping list. Thanks ladies. I hope its not for long. I love not having a period.- For The Ladies....
I hope surgery doesn't kick start my periods. I have Mirena so I am glad to have no period.- Some People Just Don't Get It
