  1. I Love GNC Lean shakes, My dr. is reccomending Unjury shakes. I'm sort of picky about my shakes so the lean shakes are good for the 2 week pre-op liquid diet? I also like the BSN dessert shakes they are low carb but I don't know if they are reccommended. I could use all the help I can get on this topic.
  2. I'm a "newbie" to, Just did my initial consult and have scheduled all the appointments. I have to admit its a little overwhelming. The part I'm worried about the most is weeks of "liquids" and band slippage. I read about a lot of problems and then I tell myself if I can loose the weight before I should be able to do it w/out LB. But in the end I know from past dieting I would just gain it back. I'm just hoping this is the tool I need to keep it off. This is a great site it tells the good and the bad. Looking forward to the journey and a new Me.
  3. Sorry I'm just getting they hang of this. I live inst. Lawrence county. I'm having my surgery in Saranac Lake.
  4. Hello, I'm just staring my journey. I went to my seminar april 28thand my first dr. Appointment was May 8th. I know I have a long journey ahead and would love a "buddy" to help me through. The whole idea of surgery is freaking me out, I just hope I stay strong and don't syke myself out.
