Thank you Catherine

Thank you futureskinnyperson, I'm working on increasing my water which is not easy but it must be done. I know this stall will end.
-
Just thought I would ask, are you including some form of exercise in your efforts to break your stall? That seem to always help if not.

They should have given you one so that you will get the anesthesia out of your lungs. But try to take a good deep breath every hour and I know this hurts, but you need to try to cough some too. That helps. Maybe call your dr's office and see if they can supply you one.

My surgery to remove my gallbladder is set for Thur. the 16th. I'm not happy about having to go back thru surgery but what else can I do. It doesn't sound as bad as I feel it will be so I'm going to not worry about it and just get it over with.
-
Thanks everybody for your input. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who will be going thru this. madison it does make me feel a little better knowing that It's only been 4 weeks since I had surgery to go thru it again. Thanks again for all the encouragement, I really appreciate it.

Thanks Randi. I'm not over eating or over full, I'm just really tired after I eat. I can't eat no more than 2 or 3 oz so I definitely don't go over that as I don't want to hurt myself. I'm just going to listen to my body and when I need to nap I will nap and hopefully soon enough I will have enough energy to start exercising instead of napping.

Thanks Katie, that's what I'm doing, listening to my body and doing what it wants, that way I heal right. It's a new journey and I'm learning as I go to take things slow, I'm in no race, the finish line will be there when I get there just for me.
-
Thanks for responding. It sounds like that could be it. I'm 2 weeks out and like you I hope this don't last long because I can't continue to take a nap after every meal. That would look funny to those who are not privy to what's going on. hahaha.
-
I liked that, but couldn't laugh to hard, still healing.

tonibugg, we were cautioned against those. Check to see if it has collagen in it. If it does it's not good for you, our body can't digest that stuff. At least that's what we were told by our surgical group and nut.

Thanks for all the encouragement. dlahouston I'm having my surgery in Illinois, I hope the best for you and a speedy recovery.

My surgery is July 10th so it's nice to know what someone else has gone thru. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Thyckness, My surgery is July 10th and I'm excited. I had the 3 month diet management too but had already started before I started on this journey so I was already thru that part. My pre-op diet is for 5 days only and I have decided that instead of going cold turkey that I would start weening myself a few days before with the reduction of one meal each day. Hopefully that will help it not be so hard. I'm ready for this journey and I'm glad you have started on your way.
-
Thank you Emy, when was your surgery and stats? How did you do?
-
Great Job! I can't wait to be an inspiration to someone else.
-
Thank you

Congrats! Happy journey, you're on your way.

Thanks baseballmom, It's a journey that I'm very well prepared for. I'm doing my research and getting things set in my mind so when the time comes I'm ready.
