Terry - 2 options slice eggplant thin mix some bread crumbs (i get seasoned) and parm cheese dip slices in egg, then bread mixture, you can fry in pan in oil or spray baking sheet and cook in the oven simple but messy or option 2..... go to the store and buy frozen already prepared eggplant LOL I eat so much less, I usually take a pc of frozen because no one else will eat it here. Yup... it is early...TOM finally arrived to visit me... how lucky... I need to get my butt in shape here.. ds's bday is Tuesday, we are having cake Monday and Chuck E Cheese Tuesday. I guess I should do shakes today - Sunday and then again next Wed. I'm sure I'll drop my few extra in a day when the bloat goes away. ughhhhhhhhhh

Terry - it is me who makes the ricotta / sauce thing... funny i've been eating it a lot the last 2 weeks i put 1/2 c ricotta cheese 1 egg season with white pepper & garlic, some parsley mix put in bowl, cook in micorwave for 1 - 1/2 minute, cover with sauce, put some 2% mozz cheese on top, stick in microwave again to melt cheese on top and warm sauce yummy i bake it at the pizza shop but try not to have it there, she has whole milk ricotta... you know what is good, make that mixture and put it on top of a pc of eggplant and top with sauce and cheese.... morning all, i so wanted to sleep in... but no such luck... ds is awake for some strange reason, he went to bed at 10 last night... well >>> I NEED COFFEE Haydee - when do you arrive in NY? how long are you here for? holy crap, is that me saying those words?????? I can't beleive it... on that happy note... I have only lost 6lbs in October and that is after a fill... i better get my butt in gear. LOL

I know what you are saying, that is what I have been telling her... that is more than "average" 2lbs a week. I tried to tell her that some weeks she could lose a few and others not an ounce... but the key is to average 2lbs a week... and it will slow down. i think when she feels better with a new port and port site she will start to feel better

good thoughts for you laura... and good job on the 274... My cousin lost 16lbs in 1 month and is disappointed.... remember the beginning gals... I told her it is mental and that is great, and she just needs to adjust... it is 16lbs less... right. remember I told you all about her port being on her pant line... well she is having emergency surgery today to have it moved. it has been pussy and "angry" looking. Her dr thinks too close to her skin... so she is having it moved. I can't imagine how being where you bend and pants rub all the time could be a good place anyway. sending her good thoughts... I told her about LBT, she is on it all the time looking around....

Terry - I've been slowly reading... thank you again... on that happy note. yesterday I asked dbf a money question and he just seemed annoyed that I got some of his money... well I took care of the situation and then told him that I hope he can find it in his heart to give me back the $2k he "borrowed" to get his bike on the road and get his license 2 years ago and how that doesn't seem to be important to him on how much giving him that money and loosing my job 1 month later has impacted my life... and I know he can't give it back now but that he would give it back when he gets his settlement (which is probably going to be a couple years anyway by time they get all his medical stuff together and decide what is going to happen to him with work) NO ANSWER... have not heard from him since... which is why i'm pissed off.. how can he have the nerve to not talk to me when i've given him all I have, including money... oh wait... an email.... and they are still coming in one by one... but nothing about money.... either way, a few months ago i would have been crying my eyes out... now I'm just angry and know I deserve much more... ass hole... but unfortunately, i still have serious feelings... but one of these days... maybe after i finish the book or read it again. F OFF is going to be my answer... I can feel it... or maybe someone else will walk into my life who can give me what i want and have that spark.... and i won't care about his bs answers... Man I feel pretty good... shoot, I don't have time to go to the gym, there is only 1 hr left of child care until 3 and I'm not dressed, so I think i'm going to shower - go to the grocery store with ds, maybe go for a walk... it is cloudy but that is ok, it is not raining... going to get motivated today... morning gals it looks like we are all welcoming November with open arms. I am just getting out of bed. FINALLY>>> TOM came to visit this am. Denise .. I had a pc of garlic bread with cheese, onions and hot peppers last night. I can't eat most breat but the bottom part of our sub rolls that are very flat I can eat without much of an issue. I needed something and i guess this am expains that. It is a new day, new month... LETS ALL KICK ASS! I am getting up and going to the gym, I am going to exceede my exercise goals. I am going to loose 10lbs this month. I am going to be in Onderland by thanksgiving... LOL I'm sooooooooooooo funny Well that my intention anyway ds just got up too. he wants chicken nuggest for breakfast and when he eats them all up he wants a pc of candy... How nice, a few months ago he would have had a fit ... just candy. no arguements this am... anyway, nice relaxing day, I'm working tonight to fill in for someone. I am off Sunday for dd's cheerleading competition, which is in the morning so I can enjoy Sunday afternoon and Monday, Monday night we are having cake for ds's bday. Tuesday (his bday) we are going to chuck e cheese and wed dd is having 6 baby teeth pulled. YUCK no wonder why I'm insane... who has time to work?

Kat - you are in my prayers.... you are a stong woman well, i'm home... we went out but only went to friends house with ds, he has more than enough candy so it was perfect, then he put his stool up to the front door, I opened the screen and he helped hand out candy I went to work, omg i'm so tired. . just before i left, I found my mouse ears someone found with my deorations and I put them on.. painted my nose black and gave me some wiskers.... I just colored my hair yesterday so it is very dark... I go so many compliments and I would like to think I looked freaking awesome...maybe I didn't but I felt pretty dar good about myself. Morning gals up drinking coffee... don't want to be but I am. Today is going to be a long but fun day. DS and I are going on an adventure. he is going to put his costume on and we are going to go visiting people. We are going to his sitter, grammys work, pop's house and my old work to see some friends there. He is so excited, since his bday is next week, he was still a little young last year and he is really into it this year. infact... I just heard his little feet jump out of bed and waiting for him to come down stairs... Pamela. i am so glad my dd has morals... she is being a pirate, which is store bought ... but hey 24.99 at target who can go wrong. I did see those slutty nurse costumes... and slutty mini mouse when i was looking at those for her. It was insane. isn't mini's dress short enough??? LOL. Seriously - it is disgusting ... I remember being that age, throwing on pj's my hair in pig tails, putting on some freckles and out the door.... well, i feel like i have a hole in my stomach.. my lower stomach. so I'm thinking maybe the gallon of hotsauce i put on everything is not good. So i'm going to do shakes for a couple of days to get myself undercontrol. That pain was scaring me last night and kept me up. Kat - my neithbor has a very rare disease, and it is muscular so she had feeding tubes for the first year of her life, she is actually doing good, when most kids don't survive past 2, she is going to be 11 this month. but omg... she is so tiny, she only weight 15lbs more than my ds who is 4 - and her head was always normal size... she did grow into it. would love to see a pic of that cute little thing...

Terry - that is just so very sad, could not even imagine Well, I guess he is only getting paid once a month... that that is it until next month... the thing that really concerns me is that I got his x wifes support, which is less than mine. Once broken down I only got $201/week, and that math doesn't even work at all for me, my normal is $225 and my case worker was going to income execution for an extra $50 which should be $275... so... I left a message and I think I'm going to need to go down there. I think the x got my money... which ok, he owes her too, but next month, I want my normal amount... so... I'm not going to get weekly checks which I really need. So... I will not be giving up a night

Haydee - yup 2 different colors. I just did it this morning actually. out in the sun you can tell or when I have it pulled up. it is jet black under and dark red brown on top. I use to do the top red and you could really tell but with job hunting i figured I should grow up a little. LOL Judy - my doc is the same, 1 minute and he is done, no floro, no numbing stuff. he usually has everything out and done before his nurse can gather stuff. He is the best! Well, it is freezing here today too, my nose is running off my face. This is horrible allergy time for me and the leaves are just really fallilng after this weekend. I had to take an allergy pill, and i hate that. keep your fingers crossed ladies ... Once I get regular checks and get my bills undercontrol I am going to stop killing myself at work. I will not bail on family... but I cannot be there 5-6 nights from open to close...

OMG you guys... I am so happy or a sense of relief!!!! I just checked my child support account.... I do that every day.. but today... It was amazing! I actually had $872 deposited !!! I can actually pay my bills this week... now if I get money weekly regularly then I'm giving up a night and not going to kill myself anymore! still $3k in the hole but it is money!

Tracy - glad your friends dd is ok... i always worry when my dd is out and about... and she is not even driving for a few more years. Our firedept is across the street and all volunteer, so when they go out you have to wonder - and when they go out and the school bus is late.. OMG

That is kind of odd - unless it is a temp color that needs to be done every 4-6 weeks? Maybe? I know you are not suppose to wash until next day, but I always wash mine right after I color it. I went to cosmetology school years ago then was in a horrible car accident and couldn't do it anymore. Anyhoo...that is why I'm up so stinking early this morning, so mom can sparate my hair so I can color it - i found my top color the other day and because I do it 2 colors I just need someone to split it for me. I wanted to put red streaks in my hair for halloween.. i have a witches cape, and might get a hat and get dressed up and go to work like that... because I'm slightly insane and it would make everyone crazy. did i mention that my dog is going to a foster home on Sat? Unless I can find a good home for him before then... Anyone interested??? LOL It breaks my heart to see him go, but is best for him and even my dd... who I think is having asthma attacks (she was allergy tested ) ok i'm reall done now...

I think the high original cut has been making me crazy for a while... but I'm still glad they fit. plus... lower cut and my tattoo will show... and look hot!!! night all... thank you all again for the kind words... tomorrow is shake day for a week.... just had wings and 3 mozz sticks for dinner... it was late and I know that always goes down... if not... dip in extra hot sauce...
