ok i'm off so i was watching the Today show... and they were doing someting about the top 5 most friendly cities... and I'm thnking SanAntonio must be one of them.... YUP... NO 1 friendliest city.... Morning everyone I miss you all, miss my laptop... and hopefully when I get a computeer and power at work i'll be checking in much more. I am working on my boss' laptop and off battery so we do what we need to and shut down. Work is getting busier, I am there 3 days this week, monday was a holiday of course, but off today, forced myself up to get some things done, and tomorrow working and Friday working 2 meetings and then the ground breaking ceremony at 3 then dinner... oh but the funny thig is I can't eat, have not gained, have not lost, but need to get some groceries of stuff i can do. I just skimmed post but Kat, I'm glad tt went well, Denise what a cute baby, you must be so proud, Tracyks, I've been telling everyone about the kaluha coladas, but i'm sticking to my vodka, it is a safe drink for me. Jane - Happy Belated Birthday, hope you had a good one. Judy sorry about your kitty i just miss you all. I hate it here, but at least I love my new job. Yesterday I had tons of visitors, and this cute older Irish gentleman came in and said" I thought I saw a female on site, I had to come say hello" and then another visitor was signing in and I was not paying any attention to said,.... so this is where you work... I looked up and my boss is like How do you guys know each other... "VALENTI"S" we laughed. that is the bar at the bottom of the hill, I just met him last month. This is going to be fun... yet interesting. love ya'll

Terry no military this time.... Tracyks and I met a wonderful bartender at the SAT airport who took very good care of us. Marine on the plane but he was quiet, spent the weekend with his girll.... how sweet. The hot one in uniform i met on the plane was a couple rows behind me, so we sadly parted too soon. GA airport, no military, met a financial advisor who was just visiting some billionaire's pad who was featured in one of the magazines, but was there because he boss is putting the house up for sale .... oh how sad............ they bought me a couple drinks, i was getting ready to go with 25 mins to spare and i'm walking to my terminal after i walked over 3000 feet to get to that point (huge airport) and I hear "Jennifer Stroman..... last boarding call"... oh SHIT.... I started to run with chicken tenders in hand.... boring guy on the plane so i put my music on and took a nap. Alsol.. note to self... big planes are harder to control when you hit turbulance (sp)... take the puddle jumpers. HEY>>> TRACYK..... did you ever find that second letter at the Alamo????? Well, since I broke my brand new lawnmower hitting a giant rock and the pool is running so I can get the chemicals going to clean it... nothing else to do but take a nap... now that I am finally nice and clean. Hey have i mentioned how much fun I had????????????? OH... there are some great black male pics out there... good thing non of me....

Hey everyone, ds is waiting patiently for me while I catch up but wanted to do a quick post. So, since it is quick all i can say is THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING. Terry, you did a spectacular job of finding the best place in the world. shoot, stupid kitten knocked over my plant. So, I have a silly airport travel story on my way home, lets just put it this way, I almost stayed in atlanta monday night. I'll fill ya'll in later, have to go pick up the dirt and try not to freak... stress of being home is back

i am so sad about my laptop, tonight when i have a few i'm going to try to hook it up to the desktop monitor. The settings on the desktop won't let me get to the photos. I'm going to have a photos shoot this weekend. for the first time in days i realize i'm tired. LOL

Hey everyone, I'm home for 30 hot seconds and I have to go get my boy. WHAT A TRIP... all I can say is... words cannot describe how I feel about all you. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard and wanted to get out of bed in the morning to have my coffee with my fellow calander girls. You had all touched my heart in so many ways, but after this weekend... I have the best friends in the world and stories to tell. I'm emotional today, probably because I'm tired but reading what ya'll have out here today just made me tear up and get all mushie. What a trip home, I almost missed my flight, boarded and was leaving a few minutes early. Of course everyone knows where i was.....;.. Yup, you guessed it... at the bar with my 2 new boyfriends I met there. Bartender mixed me up a special drink and for the first time all weekend... I was still drunk when I got up for work this morning, but... made it on time!!!!! What an adventure. I have logged in on my dd's desktop and I am going to find myself a monitor of some sort to run off my laptop, I'll be kind of stationary but that is ok for now. I am only working part time for the rest of the month until the ground breaking event so I'm a little ... ok ... a lot stressed about money love you all so much thank you Oh, and I did take note even in my worst pic... I still really only have 1 chin... oh wait... i have a real chin.... HUGS AND KISSES

I wish i cleaned but no time, My stomach is a mess, i'm a wreck. really shutting down now. Pack up my laptop bag and leaving in an hour for the airport. way too much time to wait, i hate waiting. LOL next time i talk to you guys i'll be in San Antonio! Yeee Hahhhhhhhhhh

I don't have many regular shirt, they are all tank tops of a sort. and 2 short sleve sweater things i don't know what i'll wear tomorrow but i'll be with Terry anyway. I am getting ready to pack my laptop up so i'll check in with you all later! cant wait to see you all tomorrow

I guess I would have found them when i got my black flip flops. Are there irons where we are staying? Not that I would have to iron much but my short might need a little touch up. I am so excited. I wish i could have slept in. ds wanted to get up and we are going to breakfast soon.

Morning gals I am so tired still, I didn't sleep great, because it was my xmas eve. I have to finish packing and find a travel outfit. It is going to be a long day. Terry, i have your number programed and i am either going to bring my laptop or log on with my phone, but probably will have my laptop, i'm having slight issues sending emails from my phone i'll check in before i leave Can't wait til tomorrow!

Laundry is in the dryer, everything is all over my living room. I want to pack the stuff in the dryer on the bottom i do not have surprises .....I feel like a smuck... I'm sorry... unless anyone wants some crystal light to go packs i have to go to bed. I can't see straight

Laura - i'm so sorry, when dd was born i had to put my cat to sleep because she was so jealous and mean and could not go outdoors. she was hurting my baby, but she was 14 and still active so ... anyway, I know you know it is the right thing but still so very hard. HUGS I will find snacks and food there, i still can't eat off to wally world and to get ds, i got out of work early
