I have a fat girl chair at work. It's funny because I was asked if I needed more room. This is a $700.00 chair. Since losing 56 lbs I get teased about how big my chair is now. Just two mths ago I was spread out nicely in the chair, I'm never giving up my fat girl chair even when two of me can fit in it.
I don't know how much you have to lose but don't cover yourself up because even when you lose weight you will still have some part of your body you will want to hide. (extra skin on arms, thighs etc) I say let it all be free fat rolls and extra skin. I honestly prefer my rolls to the skin but I was in pain with the rolls so I can handle some skin without pain.
Don't worry too much about the camper,

Me too! I already see it on my thighs so it's making me workout even harder. The less skin the better. I've on lost 33lbs so I can't imagine when I've lost the 200lbs. But I'm happy and will deal with whatever comes my way.

Mine started on Tuesday and I have had killer cramps everyday. I never had cramps like this pre-op and if I did it would last for one day. I thought maybe it was my sleeve but the bottom of my stomach, thighs, back and butt hurt like H*LL

Yes! This is the beginning. Each day gets better!

I was sleeved on the 17th. This is how I kept my focus. I thought about all the pain I have been in etc; this was my fuel. I don't think it's no way to prepare ourselves. Everyone responds differently. The worst part post-op for me was the nausea, vomiting, retching and gas pains. I felt horrible. Each day I feel a little better. You will survive! Keep your focus.

What are you eating for your clear liquids?
To answer your question regarding the length of stay. Insurance companies only pay so much and take discounts so the hospital and docs get more money the longer you stay inpatient. Inpatient pays more than outpatient. Usually outpatient procedures pay one flat case rate. A procedure may have cost 3000 but the hospital will only get paid 80 percent instead of 100 percent of the charges.
I'm so happy you are doing well.

I'm already having the melting woman issues. I have 100 more pounds to lose and honestly I'm terrified. I'm having real anxiety issues because I'm dating more and get very nervous with intimate encounters. Spanx and shapewear maskes us look good in our clothes but "Oh boy!" when they come off. I haven't told any of my new beaus that I've had weight loss surgery. I wonder what are they thinking.
