  1. I have been eating it every day at work. Now that you mention slider foods-you may be right. Sometimes, I can only get in a few bites and other days-the whole thing. One thing I did notice is how much sodium tuna has! Yikes!!! I am in the process of trying to find some alternatives. A 3 oz. chicken breast is a whole lot healthier and will make me chew, chew, chew then having the tuna. I am going to work on my lunch menu. Thanks for mentioning slider foods because I can totally see that as being so.
  2. You look amazing! I am so inspired!

  4. The exercise could be what triggered it but actually it may be gas. I had this happen to me recently and was puzzled because I really didn't have any gas issues after the surgery. So, I tried Gas X-and it totally went away. I was pretty nervous that something was wrong. I figured it out!
  5. I had 5 incisions and they are not large at all. The port site is a bit longer, maybe about 3/4 of an inch and right under my bra. It is still covered with Dermabond. I can see the scabbing but the others looked the same. The ones where the Dermabond has already came off looks like a very simple scratch. I am actually pleased. I was really afraid at first but everything is healing nicely.
  6. I love your last sentence. That can go for anything we want to eat. I will remember that when making choices.
  7. I totally agree with that!!!
  8. I did!!! Now, I have a machine and a very mild case. Had to take my machine to the hospital.Didn't use it but doctor said I needed to have it just on case.

  17. You are doing great! I admire your honesty and being reflective on truth.
  18. I, too had that moment. I was getting in bed with my husband who I love dearly and it hit me. I want to be healthy but I also want to feel sexy at the same time. So, as i put my sleep mask on (UGH) and looked at my incisions, I thought wth did I do. Now that I am losing weight, and enjoying small achievements-I know that I did the right thing. Everyone has to decide what they are willing to sacrifice. This is my sacrifice and I plan to make it work. Is it and will it be tough at times-absolutely but so is anything that is worth having. Give yourself some more time. Everything will get better. Look at your small achievments.
  19. Yea for you!!!! I can't wait for that opportunity. I bet that feels great.
