  1. @Colorchic glad to hear your doing so well. I honestly don't feel too bad besides this situation. At times I feel very tired all of a sudden and have to take myself to bed. I've been trying to walk as much as I can, go to stores and walk around for a bit til my body tells me 'enough'. Having A LOT of head hunger, since everyone around me still eats the foods I loved before all this (fast food, pizza, sandwhiches, chips, CARBS etc.). I think that's the hardest part for me. Pretty much just sticking to water, protien shakes, crystal light, mashed potatoes & broth. Have you had any problems with the 'diet'?
  2. I had no clue it was so common, makes me feel a lot better. Thank you ladies for all the information, much appreciated!
  3. I got sleeved last thursday, 3/29. I started my period on saturday night. It's not typical that my 'time of the month' is ever on time, so I was suprised when it came because I wasn't expecting it for a week or two. I do suffer from PSOC (polycystic ovarian syndrome). So I have been in a lot of pain also with the pain of recovering from the surgery. My main concern is the ammount that I'm bleeding & the big clots that I'm having. I usually get lighter by the 3rd day & am done with it on the 4th. But I'm having no such luck. It's just as bad as when it started. Any suggestions why? or any need to call my doctor? Thanks =)
  4. Thats great girl, ive heard alot of good things about that from this website. Keep me posted, im excited for you!
  5. Congrats!! You look fabulous! Love the look, especially those shoes. you go girl!
  6. @reakwmn; wow, ive never tried a juice diet but 15lbs in 13 days, impressive! I'll have to try premier, I was just headed to Costco tomorrow to see what they have. Thanks for that info I am getting sleeved in the states, about 45mins from my house, great place & great people. How about you?
  7. Yes, Im a pre-op diet as well, I started a little early because im so antsy about the surgery. But I'm on a low-carb (under 40mg a day) diet. & for day 13 & 14 very light meals, but I'm thinking its just best to go all liquid for those days. Usually diets are so hard for me but thinking of the outcome of this whole situation really keeps you motivated! Any suggestion of protien drinks?
  8. I know how your feeling, mine is in 16 days! So exciting! What kind of pre-op diet do they have you on? Wish you the best!
