2 protein drinks and one sensible meal. (chicken breast or fish broiled or grilled) and green vege's only. Day 13,14 liquid only. Are you on a pre-op as well?

Yes, Im a pre-op diet as well, I started a little early because im so antsy about the surgery. But I'm on a low-carb (under 40mg a day) diet. & for day 13 & 14 very light meals, but I'm thinking its just best to go all liquid for those days.

Usually diets are so hard for me but thinking of the outcome of this whole situation really keeps you motivated!

Any suggestion of protien drinks?

I'm hard w diets as well, I did a juice fast a few months ago and lost 15 lbs in 13 days.. I may fast the last 5 days.. I like the premier protein drinks.. But I have been using the Costco brand weight loss shakes as well.. They are delicious. The premier protein is high in protein so I'll use those after surgery. Are you getting sleeved in the states?

@reakwmn; wow, ive never tried a juice diet but 15lbs in 13 days, impressive! I'll have to try premier, I was just headed to Costco tomorrow to see what they have. Thanks for that info I am getting sleeved in the states, about 45mins from my house, great place & great people. How about you?
