  1. I'm 8 weeks on Monday and I'm on solids I haven't eaten anything that don't agree I even had pot beef roast .. I haven't tried any bread or pastas or steaks but be careful w the hit dogs my nut suggested I wait 3 months out to have that what u should do in my opinion is introduce one food at a time but stick to like baked fish first like Tilapia , salmon , snapper before trying like chicken and other kinda of meats there for me are easy to get done and digest.. chicken is heavy in my stomach but I can tolerate it well .. If your in pain I would suggest as well as to follow your doctors order and go back a stage be patient my doc said to move a step up if I'm doing good and to move a step back if I'm not ..and In do time u will be able to tolerate the foods u desire

I'm 7 weeks out I lost 44 pounds at 6 weeks for I have been in a stall Monday make two weeks of it and I'll be 2 months but yes I could eat 3oz sometimes it depend what kinda if protein it is chicken breast I get full really fast that shows that you heal very well your rt on schedule in my opinion

  6. I agree w the above posters I'm a believer of the whole marriage thing but u have tried everything and to pawn your stuff to save your house shows that u clearly have gone above and beyond .. Q does he kno you have pawn your stuff ? And if he. Knows and still is not considering keeping his job do what u have to do .. We are consider strong in so many ways plus cause we took a chance for better healthy this should be a joyful time for you ..

  10. I'm 7 weeks out and I'm always freezing but then when the heat is on I'm so hot so I have to find that rt temperature
  11. The smaller the bites are its not that bad I don't bring a drink to dinner w me that helps but I heard of ppl trying to drink at the same time and vomit but honestly you don't have enough room for both
  12. I've never puréed my tuna and I did fine I even added pickle juice and as another poster said I use regular mayo and my weightless has been great

  14. It's pretty normal hang in there man I could remember being one week out and it was so hard I'm 7 weeks out and I'm so happy I could eat I really could eat like some amount but its crazy cause its so satisfying you will look back and think this isn't as bad
