  1. I'm don't have any special thing I do I stop the protein shakes cause they make me so sick so I stop them at two weeks what I do is eat every two to three hours protein mostly meat like tuna , chicken salad , egg , chicken today I ate egg for breakfast , cheese stick for a snack , baked chicken lunch and tuna salad for dinner or maybe left overs from lunch .. No big secret I haven't started exercising but I'm walking more every day cause my job requires me to walk

Thanks everyone to you who are waiting to join the loser bench it's hard the first week or two don't be fooled by the success stories but what I can tell you is it gets better something you don't believe when your feeling bad and once you have more choices of food it's smooth sailing your satisfied and the weight just falls off ..good luck to each and everyone of you
  3. I had surgery 1/21 and I'm in shock that I did it and now that I lost 40 pounds in five weeks all post op .. I went to work yesterday for the first time a boi did they tell the difference but all where supportive no negative I told mostly everyone at my job so I have no problems w gossip and it just makes my job easier they do worry about me how I'm I doing .. That could be cause it was my first day I'm starting to feel like this is the best thing that's happen to me ..it's weird I'm still wearing my old close there too big for me but I don't want to give them up to go to a smaller size I guess when your over weight big clothes makes you feel good
  4. I had surgery on 21st as well I'm 5 weeks I've lost 37 pounds which is like wow ! 47 pounds if u count pre op I'm eating soft foods and I'm finding that I'm more satisfied oh I went back to work today and I do great
  5. I wish I could have that but my nut want me to avoid the acid in fresh lemon
  6. Sometimes in some cases that's where the Doc pulled your stomach out its a thought but to ease your mind I'm a month out and have that mild pain there
  7. I like snapple half and half diet tea lemonade it's so go it don't have that artificial sweet taste it's 10 calories the whole bottle

I agree w you all that said eat every three hrs it has help me a lot since I stop the shake cause I couldn't take them any more so I'm trying eat nothing but protein and its possible that your truly hungry just cause other aren't don't mean your not .. It's a learning process I'm still tryna figure how much to eat I kno 2oz but I don't weigh my food I'm tryna be as normal as anyone it's enough chore to keep up w fluids but you figure out

Yeah I was thinking that to did I really do it did I but I had to make a trip to the ER because I ate something that didnt agree w my stomach ( cheddar broccoli soup ) but any way they ran all kinds of test plus a leak test I ask to see my stomach and the doc showed me on the screen explain how my fluids go down and everything I had a tiny stomach I was in disbelief how small it was but I'm definitely sleeved
  10. It's easy now cause u have choice to eat or not to eat but after surgery it's you can't eat u just can't until u heal but it get so much better once u can
  11. Well it can be emotional real emotional if you love to eat before and you have a family you cooking for I cried at least 3 times I'm a month out and feel so much better as long as you have support you'll do great

I'm officially one month today and I'm now down 36 pounds post op and 10 pre op 46 pounds in total I'm very happy w my weightloss I think 36 is great for one month I'm feeling better everyday I don't have a special routine beside trying to eat protein every two hrs cause I can't stand the shakes since last week my taste bugs have changed
  18. On you tube I've seen women using a cream of some sort to help w scarring and it appears to work I don't remember what it's called but it was expensive
  19. Ive seen those at a local Dollar general I was wondering did it have carbonation it cause I wanted to try it
