Once u get a fill and you are only able to eat a little and then feel full, you will start losing the weight. I have had a total of 12 fills and unfills throughout my journey, so you will get there. Right now I need another fill, but I don't want to take time off work right now to get one. But, with the band adjusted properly, you will get the full feeling, in your chest, though and not in your lower stomach! Good Luck to you and don't be discouarged.

Alexandra, I do have mitral valve prolapse. I have had EKG strips rans, but no echocardiogram since the band. Best of luck to you!

I hope that ya'll don't think that I had anything to do with this. I can't delete moderators and add myself. I TRULY have no clue what is going on. We are as much in the dark as u guys. I have Humana Insurance and it cover alot!!! Not sure about an individual plan, mine is through a group plan.

Been there......and it is horrible. But, you will be out of surgery before you know it and a skinny little woman!!!! You can do this, we all are proof! Think about riding that horse in a year from now needing bricks in your pockets to hold you down!!!!!

AAAWWWWW!!! He is precious!!!! My sister has a little boy that has Williams Syndrome. He is ALWAYS happy and never in a bad mood. Makes me jealous--he has the best attitude!!

I did give my clothes away to my sister who has the band also!! I am not a person who keeps anything.....Get rid of 'em!!! I will help someone that needs them and you aren't gonna be a failure with the band....you are gonna succeed and I will help u all the way, if need be.
