My PCP did give me a prescription for the reflux, but with the unfill the reflux is now gone. Spiegel said that the little pouch does create the acid and that I was too tight and the acid could not go down, so it had to come back up... I also think that my stomach has shrank majorly....I had 1.8 before and now I can't handle 1.4....I ate lunch today and did not eat hardly anything and I am satisfied. I will not be getting another fill. I will diet and start walking since our new neighborhood has sidewalks down our street and is very peaceful and nice. Not that we lived in the hood before, but I am more comfortable where we are now. I have 17 lbs to go and I believe without a doubt I can do this!!

I was 164 at primary dr and 167 at band dr....going with the 167...although i like the 164:-) My goal was 15lbs and I am at 12...Yeah!!!

Just wondering if anyone had an answer to this... I am able to eat and drink a bandster portion. I am losing weight again, but I am having reflux. I am not too tight cause I can eat BBQ Pork chops and they go down fine. I have not had problems eating, but I was having reflux. I have woke up several times in the night choking on my spit. Yesterday morning I woke up with a temp of 101.4 and feeling horrible..hurt to take a deep breathe...and then this morning woke up again with a temp. Went to my primary doctor and I had Fluid in my lungs...aspiration pneumonia. They gave me 2 shots for that, one an antibiotic. So, then I went to my band doctor and explained to him what was going on and he took .2 out of my band leaving 1.2cc's. So can anyone explain why I was having reflux, but I was not too tight? Thanks in advance!!

We moved in last week.......we are settled in now.........glad we moved in before we closed......Glad the move is over!

We are closing on the house tomorrow!!! It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1 garage brick home with a very nice yard. Dead end street....the street actually dead ends into the Neches River! It is very peaceful!! We can sit in our front yard and watch the ships go by! I actually cut the grass on Sunday...It did not need it cause the next door neighbor had cut it on Monday, but I was excited to do it.....We are the youngest couple on the street. One side of the neighbors is a retired couple and the other side, both are teachers. We love it!!! Now we just got to get the trailer moved before May 1st.. We have plenty of time....I am sooo excited!

I have maybe 7 to unpack...it is stressing me as I sit at working knowing that the boxes are sitting there waiting on me......but, all in due time. I will get organized..I am sooo stressed today..we started moving Tuesday morning and had everything moved out of the trailer that day....Tuesday afternoon and yesterday I used to unbox and try to organize..... BTW..where did all this crap come from????

Well, If anyone has noticed, I have not been around lately!! We were actually moving! We are moved, I just have a few more boxes to unpack. I am glad to be back here, we have to run a phone line in the computer room for the internet, so I can only access the internet at work for right now....but I will be on at home soon! We owned our trailer and was just renting the space...so we bought a home and are moving the trailer to the lake...so we got a house and a camp all in one buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get a sick to their stomach feeling after eating? I get very sick to my stomach after I eat since the too tight thing I went through!

My first appt was on Aug 1, 2003 and surgery was on August 20-2003!!

WHERE??????????????? PLEASE SOMEONE TAKE THEM OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I can eat, not alot!!! I can drink! I have lost weight, I am at my lowest of 170!!!

I have never had more than 2 cc's. I think the most was 1.8cc's. I think that that is very weird too, my sister has 2.5 and can still eat. There is no way I could handle that much! So everyone's fill level is different!!!!!!!!!!!

My fill level now and at the time of this barium swallow is 1.4cc's!
