Hey, everything everyone else said, and ....I have been reading about coconut oil, that it can take a stalled low carb diet, and make it pick back up again.. wallmart sells it, and both forms of it. The cooking kind, called Lu Anna, by the oils, and in the vitimen dept. It is a two chain oil, that is supposed to help fat burn for energy insted of sugar.

Looking to be involved in a mans life and road hogging all next summer. I feel I have been in a coma for the last 6 years. Im ready to be awakened. Your a great inspiration, keep it up!

  7. Im looking forward to doing everything everyone said, and ....get into a relationship, with some one who is great. :Chevy_anim: I like big trucks, and so maybe ride in the middle with someone who has a big truck! My plans are so big, ha ha! Travel will be a priority though...Weeee :cheers2:

  13. Hi Ladies, I am going for my surgery sometime mid to late Feb. I also am going to Mexico, and I cant wait to hear your surmise of the experience. I know it will be great.
  14. Congratulations! I will be going to Mexico for mine. I am exicited. Seems like things are coming up to get in my way. Trying to decide what if anything is needed to be different towards my surgery.
  15. I replyed twice now, thats how great you are all at relating the procedure and the rewards to me on a daily walk basis. I am so happy to see your all doing it. It seemed so drastic, I was scared.

  18. Excited is a great description for this topic, as it is both scary and exhilirating to know Im going to have a surgery that is pretty much going to take care of my worst problem. All of you are, Im just waiting on my tax return, my passport, and my return ticket to San Diego!
