    Aloha! you are doing awesome! I too lost weight slow slow slow... but my gosh I lost inches like crazy! I have finally given up the scale, it was hard to do but now I relish in the fact that I am wearing smaller size clothes! I enjoy your blog and look forward to meeting you!

    I am also self pay in Mexico. I got my pre and post op info after filling out a patient form then paying the deposit to hold a surgery date . email them and ask for the info if you need lots of lead time. I wanted to make sure all my shopping was done early! For BMI of less than 40 my doctor only requires a three day pre surgery liquid diet, good luck!

I am trying to be as educated as I can and rely on your expertise. if you have suggestions for places I can look for information on this doctor I'd also be very grateful. Mexico is the only option for me. I am paying for the surgery myself. thank you
