So my pound loss hasn't been that speedy as I've mentioned in my other posts, but I still have much to be grateful for. My pants are much looser...which feels good. I have more energy, and I am able to do more cardio in a day. I've also noticed that my belly is finally smaller than my boobs!!! I haven't seen this happen in almost 3 years!

Today I took my measurements in hopes of having a comparison for the future during my weight loss stalls.

I am still excited about my new journey and I am still happy about my decision.

It feels good when your pants are loose. Mine are getting a bit baggy, just not as fast as I'd like. :-)

I don't take any measurements, I just see how far my hand will slide down between my gut and the steering wheel. :-P

You sound so much better! I'm glad to hear that you are noticing the changing in your body by not getting on the scale! Wonderful!!!

I am feeling better about things. I am thinking I might actually revise my one day a week weigh ins...to only stepping on the scale when I go to the doctor. I've been thinking about it and I have been doing everything I have been told. When it is a month from now and still no weight loss..then I will worry. I don't want to obsess over the scale...so I think I am just going to FREE myself from that which binds me...THE SCALE...and just focus on working out, and eating right.

Joatsaint...yes it feels amazing...I can't wait until I have to pull out a smaller size...soon...soon.

Aloha! you are doing awesome! I too lost weight slow slow slow... but my gosh I lost inches like crazy! I have finally given up the scale, it was hard to do but now I relish in the fact that I am wearing smaller size clothes! I enjoy your blog and look forward to meeting you!
