  1. Hello everyone. I have been banded for 2 years now and I have hit a stand still and even started gaining weight back. I had the Fluid removed from my band because I was getting sick everyday... So If anyone could help me with what they eat on a daily basis that would be great. Im the type of person who needs to be told what to eat and I can do it... but when I try to do it myself, I always chose something that could be better. Please anyone who can let me know the good things they eat or even their daily full length eating plan would be great!
  2. Last night after laying down I began to get slight acid reflux (something I usually do not have) This morning I woke up with the reflux and now it has my band feeling tight and me not wanting to eat. I have been banded for a yr and 1/2. Anyone had this problem or know a solution?
  3. Ate fine last night and after a few hours of laying down, I began to get acid reflux. It continued when I woke up this morning and when I eat small bites of things it brings pressure to my bad so I dont want to eat anything. Anyone had this problem or have any ideas?
  4. Could you guys help with some good snacks that can go as one of the six meals a day. Im having a hard time thinking of the good things. Thanks!
  5. Count me in.... I'll go for 10lbs. 257 to 247

  7. Wanted to fill everyone in. Surgery on August 20th and as of today going to the doctor on January 6th, I am down 59 pounds. I have not gotten a fill in 2 months as well because my portions are low and dont really need it. My doctor also gave me the incredible news that if I lose 21 lbs, putting me at 230, by August of this year (which shouldnt be hard cause it is 6 months away) I will have lost 70% of my access weight!!
  8. Sorry havent been on in a while. School is killing me but life is great. Surgery was on 08/20 and am now down 45 pounds. Best feeling in the WORLD! Have a wonderful boyfriend now and I feel like so great. Everything is easier and I couldnt ask for me. Loving my lap band!
  9. Extremely excited. Tomorrow is my one month bandiversary and im almost down 40 lbs!
  10. Banded on August 20th and with doc. permission I am handling everything well.... Im starting to eat normal again... Is that ok?
  11. Well i only drink one cup of apple juice a day then the rest is water. As far as the ypgurt and pudding.. they have nothing in them
  12. I got banded on 8/20 and im having a hard time getting the shakes down. They make me feel like im going to throw up and i easily tolerated them before. I have eaten puddin and yogurt and that does not do this. Is it ok for me not to take them and just get protein from yogurt?
  13. Ok so... I had my surgery on Wed the 20th. Doctor says after 2-3 days you can introduce yougurt, pudding and fudgesicles into my diet. Today I have drank water and aple juice, had about 1/3 to 1/2 of chicken broth, a small yogurt and a fudgesicle. Does that seem like too much? I dont want to go wrong but I have been holding everything down. A girl that goes to same doctor as me was barely able to eat 1 whole yogurt in a days time. PLEASE HELP!! Dont want to stretch my pouch but i have eaten nothing wrong.
  14. Never noticed this before surgery but when im not breathing in, I can actually see my heart beat in my tummy area. Anyone else have this or is this normal? Thinking maybe because I still have gas.
  15. Not from AL either but dont get yourself tripped out. I just had suregery 4 days ago and i feel better every day. Its painful at first with the gas and incisions but its all worth it. Good luck1
