  1. Sex

aliandrews replied to Jr425's topic in The Guys’ Room
I did it 2 weeks out and felt fine. It might be how vigorous you were or the position you were in.
  2. Wow!! Just WOW!! Good WOW!
  3. My relationship with my husband hasn't changed. We have always been best friends. The only thing that has changed is the frequency of sex.
  4. I am eight months out and I have issues with milk. I bothers my stomach, so I don't know if I am lactose intolerant. Cheese and yogurt seem to be fine, but milk itself upsets my stomach.
  5. It's different for everyone. I started out at 400-600 daily and I am doing around 800 right now. But everyone will be different so there will variations.
  6. I was told to have no more than 15 g carbs daily, but I actually go higher than that. I try to stick with eggs, cheese, yogurt, chicken, fish, etc. It's actually pretty easy. Just do a little research and see what you come up with.
  7. I am 5'1" and my goal weight is 120. I used to be a size 10 when I was younger, but I really don't care about the size as long as I am healthy.
  8. I went shopping for some jeans because of course I can't really fit into my old ones. THEY ARE TOO BIG!! I went into the regular area where I haven't been in years and found things that fit. I am wearing a 14/16 top which is fine and a size 18 pants. I feel beautiful. Not trying to brag, but I haven't felt this good in a loooooong time. I can feel the goal coming.
  9. I had a c-section also and thought that hurt worse than the sleeve did. I got up the first time after having the sleeve and was shocked that it wasn't more painful. So, don't worry. Everything will be fine.
  10. I am getting that too. Like Dooter said it's not how it used to be, though.
  11. My husband has told me that. It feels great doesn't it.
  12. Oh my. I hope everything go well. I am sorry you had to go through that.
  13. That sounds great.
  14. I was getting around 400-600 calories during this stage, but others have been different. Has your doctor told you anything about what you should be doing? Mine gave me a sheet of info on what calorie level I should be at and what I should be eating.
  15. And I haven't gained any weight. I followed the plan and came off it a little bit, but overall did very well since I was around a lot of temptation. I felt great in a bathing suit and in my clothes.
  16. Good for you MsVickee. I am married and he was my first ever. That is awesome.
  17. Wow, interesting Wheetsin.
  18. It bugged me too, but it happens. I had an 8 day stall which irritated me because I thought I was done losing. Well, I am still losing and still have stalls also. SO, no worries.
  19. 2 weeks out for me. We did it slowly to make sure nothing happened, but there were no problems. I was on my side. Sorry if tmi
  20. Hey everyone, I got to the beach on Saturday and have been having a great time. I have been following my eating plan like I should eating my protein while everyone else eats what is fixed. I have been going down to the beach and the waves just kicked my butt, it was awesome though. Well, today, I decided I was going to splurge a little since I have been doing well and it is mine and my husbands 13th wedding anniversary. We went out to a seafood restaurant and I got broiled fish, clam and shrimp. It was good, but I couldn't eat it all. We then ate ice cream about an hour later and it was good. I felt yucky later, but didn't get sick. After a while I decided to have a few bites of peach cobbler that was made and it was goooood. Well, tomorrow I am going to start anew and will go back to eating the way I should. I am not going to feel guilty about today because I know I can do this. I had fun with the hubby as we ate and did things together.
  21. It doesn't bother me as much as it used to. It's still hot, but I am not sweating buckets anymore. Thank goodness.
  22. Driving was 2 days after leaving the hospital and sex was 2 weeks later.
  23. I know what you mean. I kinda had to angle every which way. I hated it. It gets better. Thank goodness.
  24. I agree with everything you just said. I am 34 and want to live my to the fullest.
