I am in the same stage as you. I think between 700 and 900 but I am not 100% on that either.

Every surgeon is different. Mine says 800-1000 calories for the whole "losing phase" but when I was on puréeds I was at more like 600-800. It will usually take time to work up to the 800+ calories.

I was getting around 400-600 calories during this stage, but others have been different. Has your doctor told you anything about what you should be doing? Mine gave me a sheet of info on what calorie level I should be at and what I should be eating.

Just the protein recommendations. I have the eat this not this list too, but no specific calorie recommendations. I have been averaging 600 to 900

My doctor doesn't mention or focus on calories either. They talk about protein, carbs and fat. If you meet their recommendations on that they say you will automatically be eating a low number of calories. Every doctor and NUT is different.
