Now I am 196.5 lbs four months post surgery.

What's your secret? How'd u lose so much in 69 days? I've been out 120 days n only lost 60 pounds. Great job!!!

Had surgery on 10/28/11 was 255 1/24/12 (3mos later) I am 210lbs :0)

did u ever eat carby n sugary things at alk during that time? Please let us know your approximate diet in a day. It would help me a lot. Thank u great job!!!

One month out I can easily n normally wipe ny butt. :0)

255 surgery day on 10/28 222 today (4.5 wks out) Total loss 33lbs

Yesterday at one month out I got depressed but I walked a lot today n feel better. I think it's cuz I threw up a lot yesterday n it was so frustrating. I'm learning still....

Having a lot of frustration with no weightloss n pain n hard time learning how to eat n just struggling in general with adaptation to the sleeve n lack of success n just some regret. I just want results. No I wasn't like this b4. I appreciate your care n support. Thank u. As I'm reading on here more I guess everyone goes through this but I'm already one month out :0(

Note: I don't want to hear anyone say to go see a therapist. I already have that taken care of. This is all surgery related. I'm at one month and feeling severely depresses right Now. It was slow coming n now it's full force. Can't sleep at night n sleep all day with too many thoughts in my head. Can't wait particularly to look n feel good n not feel so lonely . I want a life. I want the weight to get off me so badly n to feel good. I deserve to laugh and smile. Not cry...

The past two days, especially right now, I wish I hadn't done this n don't know what the helll the point is cuz I'm not losing any f-ing weight n just so damn frustrated!

Although I feel pain on the right side still on wk four and was catious n did a lot of testing thank goodness I've really had no issues post surgery. Of course a little vomiting n some eating n diet obstacles but that's how we learn I guess.

For me it causes more acid n acid reflux.

What wine did u start with?

I just heard only of a lapband surgery death. Sad.

1, you are not that overweight 2, this surgery will not fix your problem

today I am down to 27lbs lost in a little over three wks since surgery.

I just got a UC flair up too. I'm trying to just walk for now. But then again I'm only three weeks out from surgery. I hope u feel better.

I was sleeved three wks ago. I'm in my early 30's. I started with 255 and today I'm 228. I too get a naseous feeling and headache with sweet things, even my vitamin chewables. I switched to lactaid n it's good. I also go with gluten free things Now. A lot of people mentioned what u r saying regarding sweet things n taste buds changing. It supposedly passes eventually.

I have the same issues ladies. Katie, I think we know what is needed and you are right about that but the issue is that no matter what we try it's hard to adapt to it right now. Tell us your secret ;0)

That's great I'm on my third wk n still in mushies until the end of the month. But I just got used to mushies n finding what's good for me, such as mashed potatoes, ff 2% Greek yogurt, sf Popsicles n fudgsicles, sf choc pudding, ff cottage cheese, broths, lactaid milk, soft goat cheese, protein drinks. Let us know what foods u started with. :0) thanks
