  2. Hun---slow loser. I don't think so----YOU LOOK GREAT!!! I try to think about my wt. loss in the past. There is no way that I would lose 53 lbs. in a year. So to lose 53 lbs. in just a few months is great. Congrats!!!
  3. I am having the same problem. I don't know how many calories I need, and get between 350 to 500 cals a DAY.
  4. I was sleeved Dec. 5 it took about 1 1/2 weeks for me. It just dropped all of a sudden.
  5. Erica, I will be praying for you. Believe me I understand what you are going through. God will answer your prayers. Don't give up and don't give into your past circumstances. You will get through this, please hang in there.
  6. I was sleeved on Dec. 5 and have also hit a stall. I am trying to concentrate on getting more protein and liquids. It has been a challenge for me to get the 64 oz. of fluids, and congrats on the wt. loss.
  7. Thanks for your updates. I had my surgery on 12/5. I think my weight has stalled. I am trying to increase my fluids.(This has been one of the hardes things for me.) I am also concentrating on increasing my proteins and being more active. My starting wt. was 225, up to 235, 225 before preop diet, 219 on the day of surgery and 213 to date. I will be excited when I am out of the deuce club.

  9. I mix Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with sugar free jello. It Taste like a dessert to me.
  10. Congrats!! I am 1 week and one day out. I was nervous and excited at the same time, so I know how you feel. I took cute PJ's, make up etc. I was ready!!lol I was sleepy on day one, and nauseated on day 2. Each day has gotten better and better. I acutually came back to work yesterday. Nothing hard though. God Bless You. You will do fine.

  12. I wish that I could have some regular food. I can only have full liquids and clear liquids, and clear liquids the day before.
  13. Ask them if u can have something for gas, and try to be out of bed as much as possible. (walking, sitting in chair etc.)
