Sore port
Have you bumped it? Most are sewn in, so if you bump them than can rip at the muscle a bit. Exercise does not bother me either, but a good bump on a counter edge will make me sore for a while.

Not losing weight question - Have I Reached My Set Point ?
MD... you ask for advice and then respond you are doing OK... Make up your mind and let us know when you seriously want us to chime in. Otherwise, it is waste of our time to post and yours to read! IMHO!

How full is your band??
OK... I will be the downer. The real answer is it does not matter how much fill is in my band. What matters is how you and your doc think you are doing with whatever fill you have. Many on this forum have lost close to 100 pounds with NO FILLS!!! We are all different, and comparing is a dangerous game to play. Do what works for you and do not rely on fills to get you to your goal. Your goal is a new lifestyle not just losing weight. Learn how to eat better as you lose if you want permanent long lasting results. I am still learning myself, even though getting close to goal. Good luck on your journey, it is a new lifetime.

Regular Diet
Protein 3-4 ounces, 1/4 cup veggies, and 1/4 cup of a starch is you have room. Tiny bites, and chew everything to mush! The world opens up from here. Be very careful with meats that are at all dry. add some sauce.... aids chewing and swallowing. Congrats on your progress.

Question on the day after
Sounds like you tried to drink too much at once. Lap Band mantra... sip, sip, sip. The swelling goes down and you will be able to tolerate larger amounts soon. Congrats on the surgery.
-
Juicing
Focus on getting your nutrients from real food, not just liquids. Lap Band lets us eat real food, just smaller quantities. Anyone can do a liquid only diet, but for how long? I am in this for life!

3 weeks post op
This is also known as bandster hell, since you cannot have a fill and are starting to feel hungry between meals. Make sure you get some good protein all three meals. Just a banana is not enough.

Banded yesterday
Sounds like the gas the pump in. Try to walk whenever you can, windmill your arms, and try a heating pad. This will pass soon! Congratulations on the surgery and welcome to the banded life!

stuck but no fill yet
Bites too big, not chewing enough, food too dry... could be any of the above. But... If you have slimed, you should back off to liquids for a day to allow the irritation to subside. It def. sounds like a stuck episode. If it continues, please contact your doctor.
