  2. Portion sizes may be an issue, but it is not unusual for the body to pause once in a while on this journey. Check with your nutritionist, you may actually need less calories than you did in the beginning to keep losing.
  3. Stop eating at least 30 minutes before fill, and then only liquids after. Doc will tell you the rest!
  4. Congrats on the weight loss so far. Many find they don't need a fill right away!

  10. I believe that docs shy away from it because of lack of patient compliance. That is what causes most problems. Follow the rules and you will do fine.

  18. I have plication, but it was done by my surgeon as a part of a study group, so no charge to me. Ask your surgeon if you are interested. It is not a need, but it may be a help if you want it. The results of the study group have been very good so far.
  19. I tried standing on my head... hurt my head and did not help... just created strange sags in new places! LOL
  20. Yep... nervous is normal. Best wishes!
  21. Make sure you are getting in enough protein in your liquid diet, and enough fluids. Both could make you feel tired.
