Considering Lap Band and found this forum, just saying hello
They want to see that you can change your lifestyle and adopt new, healthy habits. If you only have 50 lbs to loose, u might be skating on thin ice if u loose too much. Keep it to 1 lb a week or 5 lbs a month.

Any baltimore ladies want a makeover???- I have failed my band - SUPPORT GROUP
Ok, i have an idea. Is everyone on here on facebook? I can start a group for us... im not on here like i am on fb. No one is a failure. I think we need to help each other and hold each other accountable. Or, maybe we can each pick a buddy and text/talk on the phone. Weight loss is a journey... we are not failures. The lapband is tough, u cant prepare for it. I had so many people tell me this was going to change my life and u wake up from surgery expecting instant results and it takes time.... Let me know what you all think.- Scars
Tanning beds are now listed as carcinogenic to humans . Its the worst thing you can do. Its straight radiation to your skin. Look up Scott Barnes Body Bling and St. Tropez products... both are sunless and awesome- Who has been super successful?
Thanx everyone! Im following south beach diet. Going back to the gym today. All good answers. There is an adjustment phase with each fill.... im learning i know that bread is long gone after my next fill. I think 7 cc is as far as i can tolerate. i know, any weightloss is an accomplishment. If the band helps me loose 25 lbs and thats it, then it was worth it. Any woman with PCOS can understand that... thanx again happy new year everyone- Who has been super successful?
Who has had great weight loss with the band? What does your diet look like every day? I need some sample meal/snack plans...- I have failed my band - SUPPORT GROUP
I think you should talk to your GYN about PCOS ... polycystic ovarian syndrome. Google the symptoms. If you have it talk to her about time released metformin it will help u loose weight- Scars
