not good at all

I was not able to sleep last night period all the pain from gas my hubby mom had me walkn i took pain meds n gas x it hurts the pain my left sholder to neck underneath ribs plus i had a hernia repair im using my spirometer everyhour sippin enuff that my body allows i think i need a better pain meds norco my body is immune to and its not helping nor the gas x i need my reflux meds going to my doctor today

The only pain I had after my surgery was the left shoulder pain from the gas.

I found a heating pad really helped.

Mine lasted for 3 days.

It will get better.
