A lot of people find that their band is tighter in the morning and gets looser as the day progresses. It seems that a warm drink can help loosen it up so that you can eat in the morning.

A lot of ppl tell me that. I have experienced it myself. I have to drink like decaf coffee or warm tea normally does the trick for me.

As you adjust you will need another fill.
