  • Make sure you are getting in enough protein in your liquid diet, and enough fluids. Both could make you feel tired.

u had surgery its your body's way of telling you to rest and recover. It very hard on your body to get any kind of surgery and you have and will be eating a lot least for awhile. So rest and heal.....

I felt really tired the first few days, today is day 5 and it is the first day I've actually had energy. I even went on a 2 mile walk tonight. I'm drinking protein shakes, water, sugar free jello and broth. Only hard times are when the whole family is eating something I want and the house smells amazing! I'd say, if you are tired, make sure you're getting enough nutrition and if you are, then rest whenever you can! Good luck! When is your surgery?
