  1. Have you had yor blood levels checked lately? maybe your B12 is low? Our your thyroid?
  2. Mine started falling out fast at 2 months. My NUT recommended a month of zinc. Not sure if it worked but I am 4 1/2 months out, it is still falling out but it has slowed down drastically!! I don't hyperventilate when I wash comb and blow dry my hair anymore and my hair balls are smaller.
  3. I stayed in yoga pants for almost a month after surgery. Just didn't wanna put on real pants lol
  4. I was low vitamin D for awhile and had a prescription, now my numbers are better and I do the calcium caltrate with vitamin D. I also take a separate iron so I don't worry if I dot get enough from my multi. I guess it's just what works best for each of us and what our doc says.
  5. The gummies i take have 15 calories 3 carbs 2 sugars. For 2. worth it. I count those in my carb sugar allowance.
  6. I take the 0ne a Day complete gummy. they went down much better. I had a hard time finding one i could take everyday. Also you could take a B sublinguel on its own if you cant find one with the extra B in it.
  7. Yeah I did too. That's all my boss and mother in law would say to me. It got on my nerves, I started tanning lol. Only bad vice I have now. It helped me feel warm also cause I woke up from surgery cold.
  8. If I stay at 30 carbs or under I get the fuzzy tongue and bad breath. I just add a few carbs. I don't want to have too many but hate that so I try to stay at 40-50.
  9. It doesn't hurt just uncomfortable. Just keep breathing the whole time. The sensation surprised me and I accidentally held my breath.
  10. you should be cleared for cearl by the 8 week mark. I dont eat cereal though, too many carbs not enough protein. It fulls me up too fast.
  11. Coops, I would go with a "hipster cut" or a "boy cut" they are full coverage (they go about an inch below your belly button) but are cut cuter in the leg and butt. And on the clothes thing just goes with what looks nice on you. If you don't want to go into stores take your measurements and shop online. Most websites have online return policies as well. I always loved clothes undies and bras never had to worry about not having self esteem.
  12. Yeah, I workout as soon as I get up before my body is fully awake.
  13. Yay congrats! i actually enjoy working out.
  14. ive been sleeved for 4 months and the only regret i have is not doing it sooner! i feel amazing!
  15. i am 4 months out and i am feeling the same. DOnt stress about it, our tummys are just becoming fully healed now. Just make sure you are filling it up with good protein and not a lot of carbs and slider foods. I was stalled for a month. I raised my calories from 600 to around 850 and raised my carbs as well and i felt better and the scaled stared moving again. I also lost 4 inches while the scale didnt move so take your measurements maybe you are losing inches. Congrats on your great weight loss!
  16. My tummy doesn't like ice cream. :-( I hope yours does.
  17. I am 4 months out and am losing my hair, i couldnt take the greys and the shedding, my nut told me it was ok, because the hair loss is from my body chemistry, nothing to do with my hair so i was fine. Happy coloring :-)
  18. i always enjoyed exercise even when i was heavier, i always felt better even though i couldnt do much. I still get into fits where URGH i just dont wanna drive to the gym. But when i finally get there i do ok. Sometimes its just the making us move because we are so used to being sedatory. I still find myself vegging on the couch not because im tired, but because thats what ive always done lol.
  19. I use the machines vs the free weights. The pictures help me make sure im doing it right. I used to do high rep low weight, but on my arms I've been upping the weight, I have larger than proportion arms that I'm afraid are going to be distugisting so I'd rather have muscley arms instead of flabby. I do 3 rep of 25-30 pounds. I dont use any leg machines, I just do my elliptical and squats and lunges. Happy lifting :-)
  20. I am hypo as well, and I've lost 65 pounds in 4 months , it hasn't slowed my loss at all like I thought it would, and they lowered my synthroid to .75 from 100.
  21. Taking the deep breath is important, it surprised me and I held my breath, doc started yellin at me to breath haha.
  22. Those also have Collegen protein. I'm wondering if the fuel in a bottle has more whey protein. I would like to see the percentage of proteins.
  23. Those shots have Collegen protein, which my do says is better than nothing but not great, these actually do have whey protein just not sure how much. It is the first protein named I just can't find a lot of info on them. Guess where they re so new.
  24. Just saw a Commerical for Fuel in a bottle (Rick flair is promoting it WOO) they have a protein shot as well, 25 grams and i goggled it and the ingredients said whey protein. just wondering if anyone tried it.
