Just saw a Commerical for Fuel in a bottle (Rick flair is promoting it WOO) they have a protein shot as well, 25 grams and i goggled it and the ingredients said whey protein. just wondering if anyone tried it.

The last time I had anything like "Fuel in a Bottle" it was 80 proof! (Sorry, I couldn;t resist.) I use the protein shots that Wal Mart sells for $9.97 for 6. I think it is by Body Fortress. It's around 26 grams of protein and it's only 2.9 ozs of yucky stuff I have to drink. I figure 2.9 ounces is better than having to choke down an 11 oz protein shake (that I used to love before surgery) with the same amount of protein

Those shots have Collegen protein, which my do says is better than nothing but not great, these actually do have whey protein just not sure how much. It is the first protein named I just can't find a lot of info on them. Guess where they re so new.

Walmart also sells new whey protein shots about 3oz with 42grams of protein in fruit flavors. Cost 2.50 $ each

Those also have Collegen protein. I'm wondering if the fuel in a bottle has more whey protein. I would like to see the percentage of proteins.
