  1. I battle the scale every day! Why i even get on the darn thing I don't know! This last weekend i was up about 4 lbs and I was/am disgusted but come friday I will be right where I started. I have plenty of restriction and eat very small healthy portions. With a loss of over 80lbs in a little over a year the doc says I am doing good

  10. I did a little cheat one time but started the preop diet 3 weeks prior and still ended up losing 23 lb
  11. WOW I have had five fills with no Problem and I leave early as they want you to wait 5 minutes bfore you leave! Hope you didn't get hurt!
  12. Weird! I was on Liquids for 2 weeks after surgery. Mushy foods can be pretty much anything that you can blend down. I personally like soup so for my mushy stage I did mostly soup, greek yogurt is good for breakfast, I tried to blend a steak but it just wasn't appealing to me. I did like doing mashed potatos and I would mix chicken soup flavored protein powder in it and cottage cheese with anything mixxed for flavor. Just try to do mostly high protein foods, Good Luck
  13. at first it was 4 days for me I then went back to work for 1 day and stayed home for another couple days and then it was all gone!
  14. And I thought I was going to Lose 150 lb in a month LOL
  15. I eat pretty much what ever I want. During that time a month after surgery it was a big learning process on what i could and couldn't eat. I actually went out and had a Ribeye steak but of course could only eat 4 or 5 bites of the meat and a bite or 2 of veggies! Like I said in all a learnig process! Good Luck!
  16. Sorry to hear that! I have been banded for over a year and its the best thing I have done for myself! No problems at all!! But thats not saying Ithat next week there won't be a problem. I wish you the best on your Journey!
  17. Because I was wearing a tight 46 pants and I couln't bend over to tie my shoes without holding my breath!
  18. I completly understand what you are gouing through it was a 2 yr decision for me and I was even approved twice during that time! I am very happy that I went through it. June 30 was my 1 yr anniversary and am down over 80 lbs! Good Luck!

  24. Mine is the same way! It sticks out about half a golf ball, I have been able to feel it since surgery as well as the tube and on the fill port I can feel the target area!
