  1. That is just so amazing. You look fabulous! Congrats on killing it!
  2. I will be crossing my fingers for you and hoping for a quick approval. Aetna is hit or miss on here, but we will just have to see where the chips fall. Did you meet all your requirements?
  3. Lol, I know what you mean, I didn't get until my own thing started changing and then it was like, oh hot damn.
  4. Wow, that is really horrible of him. I hope you show him up. You are right on track from what I've seen!
  5. Wow, that is awesome. Congrats!
  6. Lol, similar dates then. Welcome to the September Something or Others... Haha, I am just kidding, but really welcome and congrats on your fast approval. I am in the same boat, but for August. So I will be getting sleeved in September. I really hope it does happen in the blink of the eye. It seems to be going at a snail's pace for me.
  7. Well, good luck on your journey. You are in very good company. If you ever have questions about pre-op, post-op, or just need supporting, don't ever be afraid to ask. There is always someone on this forum in the stage as you are.
  8. Lol, that's awesome. Congrats!
  9. Ah, my favorite word. Congrats!

  11. Glad everything went well, please take care.
  12. I've been considering bariatric surgery since I was about 17. However, it wasn't really a serious option before this year. I was obese before I even knew the word, and I have been dieting almost as long. Atkins, WW, Jenny Craig, Alli, fasting, the cabbage diet.... You name it, I probably tried it. When I was looking through my coverage this year, I noticed my insurance covered bariatric surgery. I jumped on it like a two cats in heat. I can see the way my life is and was continuing towards, and I did not like it. I need help, and I can admit that. The sleeve was the only surgery I could see myself living the rest of my life with, and I am sure this is what I need to do to become healthy.
  13. Mmmm, that sound delish. I might make that my new morning thing.
  14. Foxbins is so right, but also the body only absorbs about 500 mg of calcium at a time so break the doses if it is going over 500 mg.

Ooh, don't forget you can also put a crust on your chicken wings with pork rinds to give a little crunch instead of break crumbs or flour.
  16. Wow, you look so different. It is amazing. Congrats on the 80 lbs!
  17. Lol, I always believe if it is something that makes you feel good about yourself and is something special... it is worth spending the money on. You look good, lady!
  18. It happens believe me, my first month I wasn't doing anything right. But each day is a new day. You can do this just take a deep breath, and start over. I am 4 months in now and I still occasionally make mistakes.
  19. Awesome, hitting the ground running!
  20. Yay! I want a nephew like that, lol.
  21. Hmm..... sounds interesting. I am game to try it.
  22. I hate that so much. I just wanna...... do something violent!
  23. That's awesome.... and so true!
