Costco protein shakes (Premier Protein)
Carla's Life replied to Indymom's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I have been drinking them daily. They are good over ice. Don't drink them unless they are chilled. Nasty -
I am three weeks out today and I notice that I am still tired several times a day. Did any one else experience this?

My surgeon is Dr. George Zorn. He was really good. I found him through Kaiser.

I have been wearing a perm for many years and my hair is a nice length. Does anyone have any advice as how to keep my hair healthy during this process?

That's sounds so wonderful. I can't wait for that day myself. Congratulations -
Hi, my name is CJ and I had my surgery on June 28th. I was so excited on that date. I had a few problems due to the removal of my gallbladder but now I am feeling much better. I am still trying to figure out what to eat which can be difficult and sometimes I just want to drink a protein drink and forget about it. I am two weeks out and if anyone have any suggestions on soft foods I would greatly appreciate it.
