Welcome sweetie I could swear I was reading my story, but it was yours. Most of my family comes from Kentucky and everything has to be deepfried and covered in butter! I know live in Colorado, but we still live this way. I too gained weight during each pregnancy. I have four boys of my own and three step children. I too also run a cake business on the side. I am having surgery on the 26th and I am so glad to meet you and I welcome you to the fourum and wish you good luck on your journey

Vanessa just thought I would tell you last night's dream was about crockidiles trying to eat me if this wasn't such a scary surgery I would be laughing lol Hate to think what I am going to dream about tonight lol

Its weird I actually suffer from gout and I hardly hurt it in my feet or ankles the pain is always in my back, wrists, or arms. It feels like a sort of achey feeling and it is like posion cursing through your veins when you have an attack. The atttack only occurs when I eat read meat or steak. I hope you girls don't have gout and it was because you were working in your yard and from wearing heels. A lot of times people will have a gout attack in their big toe that is the most common area to have one. I don't know if this helps, but I am always here if you need to talk about gout

I wish I would have had the sugery when I was your age. How exciting! You have the rest of your life to enjoy the new you. Congrats on your surgery date! I too have been having the worst nightmares! I dreamed that my previous husband who had passed away was alive and then last night I dreamed that aliens came and were trying to kidnap me! This was right before my pre opt apt and I couldn't sleep. I know sounds like a joke but these are the dreams I have been having. I am scared about the surgery but I know it will all be worth it!
