  1. AJ I understand, I'm 3 weeks out from LBL and still have 2 drains, I busted open the incision on my back, and I still get light headed and dizzy if I stand up or walk too long. I feel like I'm the only one. Now I'm more restricted on movement than when I first got it. Keep me updated on how your doing! Sue
  2. Great Job! I made it to onderland then the next day went to 200 . I've been teetering for the last month.
  3. I can only get .5cc for a fill. Twice they put 1cc in and I couldn't eat anything.
  4. Oh, dear. The inner brat in me would be all prepared with smart-aleck responses to the "Are you going to get sick?" line. "I don't know, but I'll be sure to let you know if I feel a hurl coming on." That was great! LOL!
  5. I'm not looking forward to going out to dinner. I have a family that every time I put my fork down they start staring me. I'm like "What!" we're just making sure you're ok. Are you going to get sick? Really? I think I can take care of my self. Just venting!
  6. It wasn't major as before. Same as when we had the scope. They only put on a new buckle.
  7. My husband got banded 11/11/11 with a 14cc band. he had no restriction with 10ccs. Come to find out his buckel was broke on his and. He just had it repaired Monday, now he has good restriction with no fill.
  8. More like a power spew. Didn't come from my stomach came from my pouch. I still can't eat but I'm drinking easier now.
  9. I finally got rid of my stuck food. I took a glass of orange juice and some sprite and guzzled it. Two seconds later everything exploded! Now I'm not sure if I still have a piece o food or I'm just really sore. Anyway it worked. I had forgotten that I had baked beans Sunday and there was pieces of hotdog in it. Well that little piece smaller than a dime caused me so much pain! I don't recommend this solution but if you try it be warned to drink it out side cause you will explode! I was desperate.
  10. I've had a piece of food stuck for 2 days now. Little bit is coming up at a time. I tried the papaya, the pineapple juice, the pocahontas dance. so far the only thing working is sipping on a regular coke. Little sips! I threw up some and felt some move down. Got a llttle more to go. Dr. says a have a small esphoficus and I need to take litle bites and chew, chew, chew!
  11. I work in an office and my tummy growls alot. I'm not hungry, I only get hiccups when I eat too fast and they hurt! If not for the hiccups I may have gone back to shoveling food!
  12. I use the Fitness Pal app, You can use it on your computer too. It keeps track of everything you put in your mouth. Its a great tool to use with your lap band. Whole grain oatmeal is great for low calorie filling mushy. Soft scrambled egg with little pieces of turkey ham and 1/2 slice of of farmers cheese. It really filling. I could eat a horse right now, but I focus on 700 - 1000 cal a day. My focus is recognizing the sense of feeling full. Good luck!
