<p>I had a pre-approval (Dec 2009). Did everything that was required of me. 3 days before surgery when they sent in all the info for my final approval I got denied. My insurance was changing at the end of the month so did not have time to appeal. Which just made me more depressed and I gained more weight. This coming year (Jan 2011) I have decided to put it on my cafeteria plan at work. $13,000 is a lot of money for me and my husband but my wonderful husband said not matter what we can make it. Even if it means cutting back on several things. </p>
