  1. So sorry to hear about the leak, but glad to hear you are doing so much better! Congrats on the weight loss, Im sure you will get to goal in no time
  2. Sounds just like me, I've been going up and down the same 4 pounds for over a month now! It brings me down alot but Im sure we are not done losing just yet!
  3. YES! I can't wait to be able to fit in something from Victorias Secret
  4. It's a personal choice, and should be up to you, if you dont feel comfortable with RNY, I wouldnt do it. I have seen others on here and other WLS forums who have lost 200+ pounds, even a man who has lost 300 pounds with the sleeve! Sometimes I feel like I will never get to goal, but I know it is doable
  5. Awesome NSV, congrats! I've always been scared to try one lol
  6. Omg I dont know if I have been living under a hole or what, but I never knew they made Root Beer extract! Just looked it up and seen that McCormick makes some, cant wait to try this out, sounds great! Thanks for posting
  7. I was looking to sell some things that dont fit any longer, mostly 3X and 28/26 jeans/pants, a lady that owns a store in Plymouth that I contacted reccomended a store in Redford, she said she was overflowing with plus size at the moment, I was going to check them out today but couldnt get around to it.
  8. I hear ya! I am so close...yet so far! The Seven7 line they have has alot of cute stuff but God is it so expensive! Whats even worse is when you go to a store like Meijer, K-Mart etc.. good God are those clothes U-G-L-Y!
  9. I only stayed in the hospital for one night but I put my PJ bottoms that night then the next day I put on a sports bra and a shirt.
  10. Maybe you could try some premade protein shakes, they dont have that whey smell or taste as much as the powdered ones.
  11. Once you start eating Protein you will feel the restriction, mashed potatoes are defiantly a slider food. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  12. Welcome back You have done a awesome job and look fantastic, keep up the great job
  13. From what I have read on here and other WLS forums that its common to get one around that time, I pretty much just stuck to what I was doing and ride it out, it lasted me about a month I would say. This time though I think Im going to have to watch closely what Im eating and increase my Fluid intake and of course increase the exercise, thats one thing I have been lacking.
  14. You look amazing girl, congrats! Sent from my iPhone using VST
  15. I hit a long stall around the 6 month mark, also currently at another one (sigh), I'm about 10 1/2 months out. Sent from my iPhone using VST

  19. I'm sorry you had to experience that! I've never have had that happen on a ride (I've always refused to go on any because of my weight) but I have gone to restaurants in the past and not been able to fit in the booth, it was horrible.
  20. I havent done one yet but I have been wanting to, just gotta find and print out a bunch of old pictures, I still have my hospital bracelet, that might be pretty cool to put in it.
