I am sorry you can not compare the crime of the United States to Mexico. I work in the law enforcement field and the murder rates in Mexico border cities are through the roof. I would rather walk around in the worst part of Detroit before going to a border town. I would personally take a loan out then go to a border town.

I am originally from the area and Georgetown in near Lexington. Also look at Doctors in Louisville -- Louisville is on the cutting edge of a lot of things when it comes to surgery. Hardin Memorial isn't a bad hospital - I had my gallbladder out there when I lived there.

My weight has been up and down since I was 18 - and I really for some reason never had a problem getting a boyfriend, I lowered my standards a bit. I was told basically I am a chubby version of Britney Spears - nice right? lol However, after this surgery, my concern like in the environment I work in now is 85 percent men - what if the hot one I always secretly liked now all of the sudden wants to talk to me because I am now "acceptable" by stupid man standards. I don't think I could go out with someone who knew me before and now that I would be thin they want to date me. A few of my friends have asked me about that. While I think my self esteem will improve - I think I am going to wonder is it my body or my personality.

I am starting to try them before hand -- I was a big fan of Muscle Milk Choco --- its not actually Milk, but its pretty tasty and filling.

This is just merely for fun. I highly doubt I will go back to all the junk food. This is just to add a little humor to the board :-)

I am trying to be good not overdoing it. My best friend laughed however at the extreme sour cream I had going on at Chipotle. I am looking forward to the journey ahead.

Great responses, I deal a lot with Mexico safety issues, just offering my concern. Cartels are violent and no they aren't looking for the Sleeve Surgery Cartel (bad humor) - its the cross fire and females being alone. My advice if you are a female, don't go alone. :-) Great tips too. My surgery will be done in Virginia. I just worry about everyone else :-) Its in my nature.

Hi, I am just starting the whole process, I had my first seminar last week and I got all excited there. My first consult is March 17th. My pysch and internal med doctor alread cleared me.
