I was nauseous all week long and was beginning to think it was sleeve related My friend has been that way ever since she had surgery, a week after me. It seems to be gone now though, thank goodness.

Oh and I forgot to mention that bf and I had that talk. I talked about it in another thread. All this time, he's been mad about something I said on face book. I can't even believe it. It's just like high school again. The part that bothers me the most is he knows me very well. He should know better than when I said what I said on there, I was not talking about anything that had to do with him or his family, the way he thinks. Everyone keeps telling me to kick him to the curb, but it's hard when we USED to be so happy.

okay, I will chime in here since I am very worried about my hair as well. I lost half my hair when I had lap band surgery. I can't afford to lose anymore. I have been using all the nioxsin products and it seems like it has slowed down. Plus Dr. Aceves told me to increase my zinc and I am doing that. He said hair loss has to do with low zinc levels. As for recovery from surgery, I have had dental work done that was way more painful than this. I went back to work right away. I was totally bored in the hospital for 3 days. The sleeve surgery itself is the easiest part of all of this. The liquid diet was not fun. It's not that hard, it just gets boring.

That's a really good question. I never knew there was a scale that would show anything besides how many lbs you weigh.

I am one that hides from the sun. I have been sunburned too many times and have finally learned my lesson. Hey I wonder if we can sneak into one of the hotels and lay by their pool, or does bearded and Vegas have their own pool? Never even considered bringing a swim suit.

Well I wish they would put their differences aside and go back to sharing their knowledge and wisdom with us. Plus, Elisabeth is newly sleeved, and I am sure now and then she must have something she wants so talk about too.

I can't wait til you get home from work. I sent you a pm too. I booked my flight. I hope you're really okay with this. I really can't wait. It's been years since I have been anywhere besides Arizona. I really hope you and Bearded were not just kidding about letting a perfect stranger stay with you. You're going to have to clue me in on what to bring as far as clothes go, etc. I am not sure what we will be doing.

He has mentioned that everywhere he reads, the band either has to be replaced or revised to a different surgery. I think I have read where he said, when the time comes, he will get a revision to a sleeve surgery.

Well I hope VegasAngel was serious about wanting some company, cause I just bought a plane ticket. I am very excited. It's been years since I have been to vegas.

on a scale of 1-5 I would say a 1. I have a very low pain tolerance. There was just no pain.

Relationships are hard. The thing that bothers me the most is that I thought he knew me better than that. He should know I would not say anything mean about his son or daughter in law because I know how much they mean to him.

oh good. tomorrow when I am not so depressed, I am going to find some cheap airfare one way or another I'd rather fly on thurs. and leave sun. I have to drive 100 mi to the airport, so it won't be all that early when I get there

coming to vegas is sounding better and better. I need out of this town. what is the latest you can pick me up at the airport? if I came on a thurs. what would I do while you're at work fri. I can't stand the thought of flying on a fri and a sun. I hate flying

I am really depressed at the moment. Could use some words of wisdom. Bill and I talked after work and he is very upset because he thinks I said something mean about his daughter in law on face book, which I didn't . He knows me better than that. He should know I would not do something mean like that on purpose. He wants to "take a break" until he gets to Phoenix next month to talk things over with his daughter in law and son. I didn't do a damn thing but they are poisoning his mind.

I want my boobs back. I didn't have much to begin with, but managed to lose whatever I did have. Can't we pick where we want it to come off?

There doesn't seem to be many fish in the sea around here. Especially since I am such a home body. I am planning on talking to him about all of this again after work today.

You're supposed to be taking an acid reducer every day. I am not sure about the other pain though. I hope you feel better soon. If not, maybe you should give the doctor a call.
