Listening to this podcast at the moment. Extremely interesting. A lot of scientific big words but even I understand it. Dom D’Agostino, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Molecular Pharmacology and Physiology at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, and a senior research scientist at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (IHMC). Layne Norton is a renowned prep/physique coach and pro-natural bodybuilder/powerlifter with a PhD in Nutritional Sciences.

    Feeling frustrated

WLS is a huge mind game. You have to be mentally prepared to adapt to whatever necessary at that moment. Don't let things that are out of your control frustrate you. Get your mindset to where you can adapt and try to stay positive about it. Good luck to you on this journey!!!

    Hair loss

I use Biotin daily. Some say it doesn't work, but for me, I've been on it for 10 months now and my hair has never been more healthy, strong and thick. It's also great for your nails. Old school remedy is Gelatin capsules - I have family that swears by it.

    Sucking it in

TONS of compression on Amazon, you can buy compression items at Wal-mart, Target, pretty much all of the bigger department stores. Just remember to buy 1 size smaller than you typically wear.

All drugs have possible negative side-effects after all. I'd love to get rid of these PPIs as well.
