    Breakfast Parfait

You will be surprised once you start reading the ingredients. I just looked at a yogurt the other day. I thought the sugar was from the strawberries, but no, it had "cane sugar" listed. There is so much added sugar in everything. It's ridiculous.

Wow have my taste buds have changed! I no longer like a lot of foods that I used to really gobble up. For example, I cannot stand french fries or pizza. I never thought I would see the day when pizza would just be plain disgusting. I might also add that I still don't really feel hunger. I am hoping to continue to make some progress and move forward.

I am a little over 2 months post op and a bit of everything triggers me in terms of smell/nausea. I can eat chicken and cook it but some days I wan to vomit when I smell it. Seeing bread bun or burger buns make me feel gross. The smell of chipotle is just sickening; when pre-op I would have it twice a week. And it could vary from day to day

I had no idea about this, thank you. Ok, so then really, the only thing that was an "issue" was the sugars in the yogurt? I'll have to ask my nutritionist tomorrow when I see her about how she wants me to track fruits. I've been just looking at the grams of sugars, not the ingredients.

This is exactly the same for me. I can eat plenty of fruit, which we know has tons of natural sugar. It's the added sugar that makes me sick. I stick with the 5 gram rule as well.

    Weight loss in feet

How dramatic, or unhealthy can weight loss in feet be? I am just 4 months post-op and lost 39% excess weight (based on BMI) and I have noticed me feet are slightly more slender, and a "bump" on my right foot (below that artery) is no longer annoying me so much I skip the shoe lace hole for long walks. I am still the same shoe size, just my feet seem slightly less "bulky." More importantly, I noticed what appears to be some potential loose skin developing on the outside bases on both my "pinky" toes. Does this become a problem down the road? I know about loose skin, but loose skin in feet would seem like more of a problem. I have always had athlete foot problems, so this concerns me if it gets "worse." Thank you!Visualize it. Really think about it , what you will look like, smiling, posing for photos with friends, on a balcony in a white dress in Jamaica at sunset, torches everywhere... Or sitting on a couch with a cozy now oversized Celtic knit sweater on the couch reading and drinking tea That's what I did I swear. Helps me focus. VSG2017 HW 249 SW 238 CW 169
