    Feeling sooooooooo good

I am so happy I did this; I haven’t felt this good and a very long time. I had my surgic done on December 27 2016 and as of today March 30, 2017 I have lost a total of 50 pounds. I thought before I would have trouble eating right, but believe me when I tell you the evil food that I use to love it’s not a problem don’t even want it like fry chicken, bread, and lots of sweets after all food is only a mind thing.

I signed up for Beachbody on demand all access and it is all of their programs for $99.95 a year. I love their workouts because of the variety since I get bored easily. They also sell individual programs for various prices as well. I also like Jillian Michaels... her programs are too hard for me right now at my size but when I was smaller I did them and loved the workout I got.

Hey everyone! I was trying to research it but had trouble finding the answer I'm looking for... What is the expected percentage of weight loss after surgery by month? I am about 10 months out and I was wondering what the normal weight loss percentage was at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 months were. I found many different numbers and was wondering what you all knew? I saw there is an estimated 60% extra body weight loss but is that after how long? Is that in years or months? How much have you all lost? What is your loss percentage = (Starting weight-current weight)/(Starting weight-goal weight)? How far out are you?

How many weeks to request off

I'm a nurse too. I do 8 hr shifts, but literally stand the entire time and push a lot of stretchers. I work in endoscopy - not a "heavy" job but very fast paced. I'm booked off for 3 weeks, but the way my rotation works I'll be 3 1/2 weeks post op when I go back. It this point (day 14), I think I'll be fine. My incisions are healing well and I don't have a lot of fatigue. My main concern is getting my fluids in when I go back to work. I can only drink on breaks. I'll keep you posted how it goes for me! When is your surgery date?

How many weeks to request off

My surgery is on a Wednesday and I'm returning to work the following Monday, so 1.5 weeks.

    Hey Short Ladies!

I'm almost five two and have been able to find pants that are short enough at Wal-Mart. I also hem my own pants and dresses if needed.
