Reflections on last nights hike

The last time I went hiking (at north mtn) with my BFF, I could barely make it up the rocks. Well, I would make it to the top of the rocks and nothing further. I was always left behind! Today, I left Sarah and John behind! I was in front this time. I made it to the very top of the mountain! I'm so proud of myself!! I can't wait to see what the end result will be when I'm down 50 more pounds! I'm down 23 pounds and truly feeling great!! Hiking made me feel even better!!! Day 6 of Insanity la

Back to liquids only! This isn't good - support please

Well, I've been having this horrible pain in my shoulder that makes my left arm extremely weak, and at this point I don't think it's gas (banded 4/21/11). I called my doctor and he put me back on fluids only. This is gonna be bad and I'm so discouraged right now........just asking for good vibes and words of encouragement sent my way please!!!!! thank you in advance

5 Days post op - very light headed and weak

Hello everyone!!! I'm 5 days post op and have been miserable! Besides the gas, I've been really light headed, dizzy, and feeling very weak. I know it's a huge adjustment from the way I used to eat before, but is this normal??? I've lost 9 pounds since Thurs, but I have been trying to drink my protein drinks and all the other stuff you're supposed to drink in the first week. I just don't know what to do at this point. I'm almost asking myself why I did this.....
