Another day at the Big "A"

Well it's just another day at the Anatole the Big "A" and it was pretty good.   I have decided to get rid of the people that are use less to me!   When I call for a polite "hello" they dont answer :cell:   When I need a hug they are "never" available:sleep   When I need to "borrow" a dollar " i dont have it" :phanvan   When I need help with my car they "never" show up :yell:   When I just want watch a movie with someone "always an excuse" :sleep   I just need you to sign paper

Just Another Manic Monday

I really have been pretty good this weekend baked foods, no sodas, no bread. Washed clothes somehow that relaxes me. But I ate a baby ruth and a butterfinger for breakfast this morning, well the 10th is approaching and Im ready formy first consult.   I hope all is well and that you all are having a good day. :biggrin1:   My word for the day is PROCRASTINATION. an unnecesarry delay in action. A NIGHT OF SADNESS BUT A MORNING OF JOY!!

Called the Doctor just to be doing something

:rolleyes I called the doctor's office just to see what my first consult would consist of. I was advise I would be seeing the dietician,:pop2: :hungry: The insurance lady:thumbs_up: :money:   And a nurse:nono: And I would be meeting with the man himself Dr. Rivas:rockon:   That helped me out so much! Knowing I would get to get these things done with 1 appointment!   All I do is think about getting this Lapband in my body is that normal??:banplease: I just want to be healthy

BAD ATTITUDE or GREIVING today???

PROGRESS in Texas!!!

Guess What I got to make an appointment with a Dr. H. Rivas in Dallas for 11-10-06 and I'm so pumped about it!!! I was told his bedside manner was awesome and that I would always be able to contact him:biggrin1: so I made a whole heap of progress today. My pcp referral dept has already faxed the paper to Dr. Rivas!!! WOW i cant wait to see him!!   I'M COMING OUT I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW LET MY FEELING SHOW!!!! diana ross 19??????

Lunch with my Ex

Not sure why my X-husband is so nice now a days I asked him if he had a policy on me and was trying to knock me off!!!! I had some baked chicken with salsa and tea :hungry: Man I hate tea dont know how to make it just the right sweetness... MY MOOD AT THE MOMENT IS :help: :phanvan I CALLED TO THE L-BAND DOCTORS OFFICE TODAY TO CHECK ON A OPENING FOR AN NEW-PATIENT APPOINTMENT AND I GOT SENT TO VMAIL. THEN I CALL BACK AND I HAD TO GIVE ALL MY INFORMATION AGAIN TO A DIFFERENT LADY AND NOW I THINK I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK IN A HALF FOR AN APPT. My life changing experience at the PCP office

As you all know I went to my PCP to discuss the procedure, and she almost bit my head off for not being able to loss weight on my on:mad: I was hurt and deeply offend by her statement, I must admit I was a bit senstive about get on the scale in front of her. I gained 1 pound:phanvan but I felt lower than a bug when she said and I quote "It amazing how people can say that they can lose with weight with this band but you can't do it on your own it's mind over matter."
