Not sure why my X-husband is so nice now a days I asked him if he had a policy on me and was trying to knock me off!!!!:D

I had some baked chicken with salsa and tea :hungry:

Man I hate tea dont know how to make it just the right sweetness...

Anyways ya'll stay focused

I'm still waiting on a call from the Lapband specialist :D for an appt.
