LOST 15LBS BETWEEN JUNE&JULY-2010

Hi today i had a doctor appointment but he said i did not need a fill, he told me i lost 15lbs between june-july.how happy am i.during july i took a vacation.down south(Tuskegee,Alabama).the hot south. but it has been 9 years since i seen my family i know that is a long time. but we always communicate over the telephone.boy were they shock,what a reunion we all had.i took my daughter an she do not want to go back,the temperture were in the hundreds. but somehow we survive.i did not know alabama

May 6th fill

may was my fill appointment.i could not wait to get one.because i have been stuck in twoterville for three months,i am trying to get to onederland.as of todayi have lost 3lbs.it seems so slow.i know i have to be patient.my doctor has started skipping fills to every two-three months,i have another appointment in july.i am going on vacation to the hot south.at the end of june. for the 4th of july.so i will get a fill at the end of july when i get back.the fill he gave me was enough i did not fell

March 8th fill appointment

Lost 12pounds in two weeks.

:mad3::bored:Today is feburary 1st. i went to my primary doctor for my checkup an i lost 12lbs since january11th, which was my fill.an this one took me for a (loop)i think i was too tight. i was drain of energy, i dry heaved for a day,but i did manage to keep liquids down,an ice chips.i almost call my doctor for an unfill.but now i am doing better.maybe i am at my sweet spot.i can only eat 1/2 cup. its a different feeling when full sometime i think i overeat so now i have to measure my food.i wa

JANUARY 13th,/2010.ONE YEAR SINCE SURGERY

:thumbup:today i went in for my 8th fill.which is really suppose to be my 10th, but i did not get 2 fills due to weight loss.so today i weight in at 220lbs,i lost 4lbs this month. so that brings my total weight loss to 104lbs. i am so excited.cannot wait to get to onderland.my doctor put in 1/2cc so i can feel it tighten up.i am suppose to go back in january.i was worried about thanksgiving but that pass i only ate a small portion of everything.then i got on my bike after every portion an pedal

October 26, finally lost 100lbs.

:smile::crying::thumbup:My appointment was october 26. my doctor did not give me a fill. because i lost 5lbs. but in all i have lost 100lbs. that is great. i lost 40lbs before surgery. i am so happy, can,t wait to get to onderland.i am now wearing a size 18 pants. from a size 20. i feel good.hope every one is doing great on your journey. :thumbup::thumbup:

July 27, no fill this month/5lbs away from 100lbs.

Today was my dcotors appointment. its been six months. he did not give me a fill today because. i lost 14lbs. between june-july.maybe i am at my sweet spot. i don,t know yet. but guess what i am down 95lbs. 5lbs away from the big 100lbs.so far their is no problems.i exercise five times a day on my stationary bike.the nurse said you are just shrinking away. what a nice compliment. so next month i go back to get check out again.i went from 324 to 233. wow. i love my band.:ohmy::thumbup:. hope ever

After 4th fill down 12 pounds since monday 18/09

:smile::tt2:SINCE MONDAY AFTER MY FOURTH FILL. CAME HOME ONLY LOST 2POUNDS. THE NEXT DAY MY FILL KICK IN GUEST I LOST 12 POUNDS I WAS IN SHOCK. :smile:HI i went for my fourth fill yesterday.5/18/09. i am down 2 more pounds. i will take that.so thats22 pounds lost after my surgery.plus the 40 before.as usual the doctor was great, i was in an out within 10 minutes. had to catch the bus from wtby to newhaven. it is a hour long drive an ocourse the bus driver took forever. just creeping along then someone yell its gonna be a long ride.but we all made it.its seem like i hit a plateau but it will work itself out. i am still exercising 3-4 tim

3 months post-op 3rd fill

:tounge_smile:hi every one today i went for my third fill.he put in 1/2ccs.i am down two more pounds. i have the#10 band that holds 4ccs.it was no problem my doctor does the fills. before surgery i lost 40pounds after two weeks post-op i lost 19pounds.with today that makes 63 pounds overall. an the amazing thing is that i am losing more inches.because when i get on the scale it seems like its not moving but the nurse says i am doing great. that was good to hear.my appointment was at 11:40. it ta

First time being stuck/very painful

:ohmy::thumbup::mad2::eek:I was warming up some sauted broccoli.an i took a bite an when it went down i didn,t feel anything but as soon as i took bite number two i knew this was not gonna be good it felt different an hurt more it was just stuck like in my chest an it was a painful experience.it lasted for about half an hour i could feel it in my throat trying to come back up but it would not so i had to run upstairs to the toilet because i knew i was gonna throw up.when i did it was slime. it c

2 weeks post-op checkup

:thumbup:today was my two weeks post-op checkup i have lost 19 pounds so far. my scars are well. i start soft foods tomorrow.i still don,t have much of a appetite.my starting weight since i started april of 08 was 324 during the six months before surgery i lost 40lbs.that was sept 08,now its january 09 the total is 59lbs. i feel so wonderful.the doctor say i can do any exercise i want so i start back on my stationary bike tomorrow.:cheatfree:.i cannot believe that i lost that much weight.wishing

Surgery day january 13th,2009

:redface::thumbdown:hello everyone my surgery went very well,i arrive at the hospital at 4:30. had to be there at 6:30, me an my daughter, went to pre-admitting office got call back in the room got my iv put in, waited another30 minutes. took off everything.talk to the anathesiologist. he was explaining about the tube that goes down your throat. he says if it doesn,t go all the way down he might have to wake me up a little, to get it down,(yea right). i walk in the operating room looking at them
