I need a fill

I really think I need a fill. I am getting humgry every two or three hours. It stinks! I hope I do not gain weight. Bummer. I have an appointment for a fill on the 11th. I have to try and be strong with my eating choices until then.

Protein Shakes

I have had a few people ask my about the protein shakes I love so I thought I would post it here.     The BEST protein shake is Isopure Creamy Vanilla. It has 50 grams of protein with 2 scoops. I mix the Isopure with Hoods Calorie Countdown Milk that has very little carbs and adds about 16 grams of protein with two servings. Then I use DaVinci sugar free syrups and add about 6 squirts of either banana, strawberry, orange, caramel or whatever flavor I have on hand. I get the sugar free syrups

Surgery Confidentiality

I think that I do not want my co-workers to know that I am having this surgery. I feel like a few of them will judge and I really do not want to deal with their comments. I do not think it is something that I have to share but I need to come up with some story. I thought I would tell them that I have to have my gallbladder removed - I did have it removed some years ago before I worked at this present job. Insurance Approval

:thumbup:My insurance company called today to let me know that I have been approved for lap band surgery! Yipee!! My insurance company is going to pay for the entire procedure except for a $50.00 co pay.I have to get a barium swallow, EKG and some blood work to do before scheduling. The biggest obstacle now is coming up wit $2550.00 for the doctors enrollment fee! I may have to put the surgery off for a few months so I can have time to save for this fee. That is a bummer! :party:
