Stuck?? but not in band --stuck in pouch

Not sure if this has happened to anyone -- I believe that there is something stuck in pouch but not in band -- it keeps trying to go down but it won't -- it won't come up either. Not sliming either.

Not sure what to do -- it isn't painful but it is uncomfortable. Not hungry either (a plus)

    What food do you think is stuck? I have read of people taking papaya enzyme to help break up food.
