Hi Ladies!

Ok, I need to be accountable. So I am going to start posting my daily food, Water intake, etc. I hope you guys join in. I would like to see what everyone else is eating. Good, bad or indifferent. I don't think that matters, really. I think the important thing is accountability and sharing. :tt1:

So here is mine for today, Wednesday.

B: 4oz peach carbmaster yogurt with 3 slices of banana

L: half meatball in sauce with 4 pieces of rotini Pasta

S: 1 pita chip with hummus, one mouthful chicken salad

D: sliver of cheese quesadilla, about a quarter cup refried Beans

Water: :blushing:

Exercise:

Vitamins: multi, B, Calcium, C

Have you tried one of the sites for tracking your meals? I use thedailyplate.com. It was clunky to me at first -- well, sometimes it's still a bit clunky -- but it also lists all the nutritional info. I find I lose better when I have more Protein and this helps me keep track of it. I haven't had a fill yet and don't have much restriction, so I suppose it will be more difficult for me when I can't eat as much volume as I am now.

Good luck!

Hi Julia! I was actually looking more to see what other people were eating too. More for the comarderie but it doesn't appear that anyone wants to participate with me. No biggie!

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! I don't remember what I ate yesterday. I think I am going senile. :sneaky:

But today I had:

B: powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury chocolate shake with milk and 1 T. pb

L: starbucks tall iced caramel macchiato

S: 3 club crackers with 3 T. chicken salad

D: half a trader joe's personal size quiche mexicaine (without any of the pastry)

Not a terribly great day for food intake. Where are the veggies? And I don't normally have a coffee drink for lunch but I met some friends at starbucks so... there it is.

Water: not good but better than yesterday

Exercise: what is that? I really need to find out!

L: 3 club crackers with 3 T. chicken salad

S: one-twelfth of a hershey bar (seriously a sliver while I made smores for the kids)

D: homemade fish taco - had a few bites with the tortilla and then pulled the fish out. This was soooooooooo delish! Never made them before and they came out great! My 8 year old boys LOVED them.

Water: so-so

Okay...I'd raher post on one of my "good" days but this is a true and I'm sorry to say accurate Saturday for me with no restriction.

Lunch: 3/4 Zaxby chicken salad with lowfat ranch

Dinner: 1 chicken Chimichanga, 1/4 refried Beans, 15 chips, salsa, sour cream

Not the best, I know but FAR better than prior to the band and actually the worst eating day our of the week. Still need to work on my Water intake and increasing Protein and lowering carbs.

S: ate lunch really early so I got home and was hungry so I had a few bites of a meatball

Happy Labor Day everyone!

I had to work today so that should have kept me from eating. It didn't because I had to put out a luncheon for my co-workers. We served sub sandwiches, chips, dips, brownies, Cookies etc for 100 people.

B: cherry carbmaster yogurt with a quarter of sliced banana

L: half cup turkey chili with Beans with cheese and sour cream

Nibbled on: about 15 potato chips (spread throughout day) and half a choc chip cookie :)

D: the innards of 3 pork potstickers (from Trader Joe's) and a couple bites of the outtards, 2 slivers mandarin orange

Part of me feels like I shouldn't have had the chips and half cookie but I really enjoyed it. And, after I got home TOM arrived. So that explains the lack of will power a bit. I refuse to feel guilt and will just move on.

Water:  (was too busy eating chips)

Exercise: marching my ass up and down the stairs checking on the food levels all damn day!!!!

Jennifer- can't wait to read your food logs!

Had some pain last night around my port site (in that general area) Not sure if I overdid it yesterday with the cleaning or mowing etc or if the half a ravioli I ate last night didn't like me. :)

Onto today:

B: chocolate unjury shake with 1 T. Peanut Butter

L: quarter cup chicken salad, half a carbmaster yogurt and 4 potato chips

D: about half a cup of refried Beans with cheese, salsa and sour cream and about half a slice of very crispy cheese crisp

water: terrible! going to try to drink a lot tonight

Have an appointment tomorrow for a fill. I don't think I am going to get one though. I don't think I need one yet but we will see what Melissa thinks. I will definately be asking about that pain yesterday.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
